The young lady that took our order was sweet and professional! I had my first frosty and it was absolutely awesome! I'll definitely buy the chicken sandwich again aswell!
Went to Wendy’s last week at 7:30 in evening.
My friend & I stood at the register 10 minutes all while we could see several people running around. One came out of the bathroom with iPad in hand (washed hands) & grabbed iPad and went to the back of Wendy’s.another came up & stood in front of us looking very confused & walked away. I said we are ready.
5 or 6 people working & no response . The girl with me used her teacher voice & still nothing. A girl was parked outside in front of sidewalk waiting on something. While in line a guy comes in with a drive they return. I told him to go ahead & good luck because we have been standing for 10 minutes. He held his bag up with no response. Lol I felt as though I was in the twilight zone. Then I wondered if they were getting held up and I couldn’t see. After 15 minutes a pizza looked very good & we left. What a disturbing & strange visit.
I stop for a breakfast sandwich almost every day Mon - fri. There food is fresh 9 out of 10 times, the staff are vary friendly if there is a problem it is taken care of right away no questions asked. It’s definitely my go to spot for a good breakfast sandwich.
Can't even get an order right. 2 times we took it back and they even wrote it down and still screwed up the 3rd sandwich. Didn't even offer a refund . Should of went to burger king at least they get it Right
They always seem to be out of baked potatoes. Staff is very friendly. Drive thru is a little slow at times.
This Wendy's has super friendly staff! Generally the food is really good, and fresh, although sometimes they forget sauces or mix up orders at the window. I do not believe it's their fault as they are severely understaffed. If I ever have an issue and go inside the manager or other workers are helpful and sincere. They always resolve the issue with kindness and are super professional. Highly recommend as a quick bite while traveling on state route 2.
Miss the home style chicken sandwich but their breaded chicken is still good. Very good fries, quick drive thru
Take out at the drive through, all was good, service was fast.
