I have gave this Wendy’s so much of my time and money.. to be disappoint with waiting for over 20 mins for cold food that won’t even melt the cheese.! I ask for chilli I get cold until unheated chili and any combo I’ve ordered is works and cold nothing but I bunch of people talking and talking there time getting food ready. Tbh I just left and was the only one in line and it’s lunch time. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE
They don’t even deserve a star. The service here is horrible not to mention the food. Was told they were out of a lot of stuff and was asked if they could sub a fried chicken breast for the grilled chicken on my Cobb salad. This is what I got. This breast should have been pulled hours ago. I also got my granddaughter a kids meal, the fries were old, the only reason the nuggets were fresh is because they had to drop them, my mom got a jr bacon cheese burger and the bread was old. I didn’t even complain about the other problems with the order, I only wanted a refund for the salad. When I pulled back up to the window because the inside was closed due to staffing, the light skin chick with the dreads walked off from the window, and left us their for about 5 minutes. Not to mention I was told I couldn’t receive a refund because I paid in cash instead of my card (due to them having a lot of stealing at this location) was told I’ll have to wait til Monday. Not to mention the unprofessionalism by the GM “Tina” who refused to give her last name.

Really dirty place. There were cigar ashes all over the bathroom. All of the toilets were nasty. My food was lukewarm at best. One guy was standing there for 30 minutes waiting on a DoorDash order. They put the saddest piece of lettuce on my burger. Sucks that it’s right next to an amusement park and it’s in this condition.
Love me some Wendy’s!!! Great Chicken Sandwiches, freshly made hot fries, and their Soda Machine dispenses me whatever concoction I desire. One of the Soda Machines was pretty empty but that would he from high usage. Other one was well stocked. Service took 15 minutes which was way, way too long!!!!!
Staff was quick and friendly. I used the app to speed up my order as the line was long - it’s located next to Carowinds so is a very busy Wendy’s.

The worst Wendy’s in the world! This place is total chaos. Out of ice, ketchup and napkins. The tables, floor bathrooms were disgusting! Who the hell is running this place. It should truly be shut down! I’ll never come to this location again. The owner clearly has give up! Wendy’s should be embarrassed that their sign is out front. Truly disgusting place! The cashier was actually great. It ended there :)
Unbelievable that this location is allowed to keep it's franchise. Did a mobile order for carry out (which charges you automatically), only to find dining room was closed with no warning or signs. Was asked to pick up at drive through, only to wait without the line moving for 30 mins. When I tried to get an employee to come to the door again to ask them to cancel order, they refused to talk. 0 stars. Love Wendy's food, but unfortunately that is probably the end for us.
Worst fast food experience ever. Slow: I even put in my order on the app, for ASAP. They didn’t even start on it until I arrived, even though it was already paid for. Dining room was open but all chairs were upside down on tables. Man in back preparing orders with long hair, no hairnet. Ugh. Parking lot was dark with lots of trip hazards.
By far the worst Wendy’s. $14 bucks for a small burger, small fry, and a can soda, that’s right can soda. Way way too expensive. Broken soda machine so for a large paid drink they give you a can drink. WHAT!!! Never again will I spend 14 bucks for this.
