Today I had a horrible experience at Wendy’s.
At 262 Spencer st, Manchester CT
1:06pm
I went on the drive thru and I ask to get $4 for 4 meal but apparently they don’t sell that anymore, and these lady was rude telling me that they don’t have that no more. So I ask for something else and ask for 2 mayonnaise and she was like we don’t have that, She was so disrespectful and rude.
She was on a rush and trying to rush me to leave and she also give me a attitude and in the end when I open the bag for my food it was cold and I couldn’t go back to get my money back.
I used to eat at the Wendy’s all the time. I hope the boss gets new people who really care about customers and the service they are given.
( She was white with red or orange hair wearing a light blue jacket )
I am handicapped my other half pulled up and made it so I had easy access to the door an employee decided to tell my boyfriend it was handicapped parking before I could even open the door ... We did not order ... Nor will we be going back... Drove to the one on pleasant valley instead ... Service there is outstanding...
I went through the drive-through and wanted to use the offer that I had on my app, when I stated to the employee I wanted to use the offer he took a big sigh and then proceeded to scan it and told me that it didn’t work. While the offer was clearly in my app, I showed it to the employee. He stated to me in these exact words
“ if you really want it, I can go get my manager, but it’s gonna take a minute”
When I told the employee I wanted to use the offer because it was in my app for me to use where he then rolled his eyes and called the manager, and the manager had an attitude with providing that extra step in service to try to figure out why their scanner wasn’t working. This was a horrible experience. I myself worked at the same Wendy’s, this was my first job. We were never allowed to give that type of response or attitude towards the customer and management then was actually helpful. I tried to give the employee some pointers/ constructive feedback about how he should have handled the situation and what he could have done better with talking with me and he shrugged and said
“I tried my best, I think I’m doing a pretty damn good job here so I don’t know what your talking about”
Crazy for me to rant but I hope they look at these reviews and do better with their employees training and honestly do better with management.
Delicious chicken nuggets. The meat is actually white and taste good. Husband loves their cheese burgers.
Worse Wendy to go in ct not because off the food but the service the ppl that work there????????????????????????????
Had a good experience the food is actually very good the baconator is a plus with the baconator fries the meat you can tell is actually what real meat no fillers thick and juicy just the way it should be not small and flat I got the pretzel baconator fairly decent prices the only thing I don't like is that all the new chains are using the kiosk which I'd rather deal with a person when I'm dealing with my food and ordering it could have been a little cleaner that there were behind the counter there was food on the floor with just to be expected but there should be someone there to do the cleanup at least take a break to sweep up aesthetically it was very cool to keep the air conditioner on not sure if it's because they only have one AC control for the kitchen and controls where the seating area is but for some reason exceeding area is extremely cold ❄️ could just be a way to get people to come eat and to leave but aesthetically it is a very nice place and I would recommend eating there if you are looking for a place to go like I said the customer service the people that work there are great ????????it's just fast food chains need to have a little bit of a tweet when it comes down to cleanliness and the climates in the eating area but I would definitely go there for takeout food
Not the best place to get food from order all messed up the Worker so call DANIEL is so unprofessional he really needs people skills and needs to learn how to pay attention to a customer and needs to not yell at customers as well Worst place ever never again will I go and get food from this Wendy's ever again for everyone that read this never order from here trust me staff don't care at all that's so funny but beyond that someone needs to change the staff up in there again WORST TIME I HAD don't order from this place trust me I would not ever eat from this place again. I as a customer is what makes your company grow into wealth but not anymore I will not spend my hard earned money on you guys anymore trust and believe you guys got to understand with out a customer you would not have a business reminder for your eyes. For real.....not good.
It was clean. The manager, Ana, helped us with a genuine smile on her face. The food was OK. We had to wait a little, just because it was a big order. Still, I think for the size of the order, the relation time/service was good.
