Very unprofessional employees. When we pulled up at the drive thru, there was no greeting. Instead he said “go head”. When we finished ordering, he said “pull up”. They were out of stock for tea. There were people standing at the drive thru window conversing but not ordering. Their conversation could be heard over the drive thru speaker. The food was very old. As pictured, the lettuce was completely brown. Very unsanitary.

The first , out of 5 drive-thru places, on a Friday evening that would let me place and get my orders. I ordered 3 numbered meals (large size) and a spectacular frozen drink. I had a big bill that no one would take. This Wendy's did. THANK -YOU! Thank-you for remembering some people still pay cash. Everything and Everyone was so polite and special. I drove 45 minutes in traffic to get food. I complimented the Manger, Ms D for her kindness and the crews work ethic!
I’m a dasher sent to this store at 1:35 am on Sunday morning 11/10 . I know the store closes at 2 or 3 am because I used to work there yet nobody answered the box and two employees even walked near the window as I tapped my horn respectfully. They then began to laugh and joke about how they weren’t answering the window. One of them was even a manager (light blue shirt light skinned lady) the other a slim dark complexion female who continued working as I wanted and signaled. Closing early is automatic termination with Calhoun Management and I pray they don’t allow shift leads to just pass on money like that. Bad business kids
This place is the worst quick service restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. To start off I ordered a regular medium meal for me and my girlfriend, and they said that they only do large meals which is weird at first, but that should’ve been my first red flag, When I drove off, I felt my fries and my burger and my chicken sandwich and all of it was ice cold. I took a few bites of the fries bite of my chicken sandwich and the whole meal because It was cold. After about two hours of me taking a few bites that I took of my meal I started throwing up violently. I have thrown up three times since yesterday. I work in food service so I know that that is just unsanitary bacteria that is built up on the food that I just ate. This is ridiculous. Shut this place down immediately and build one somewhere else..
After saying that they should be open until 2 AM. We went to the drive-through at 1 AM. We sat at the drive-through box and no one came for about 10 minutes. We then drove up to the window while they talked and cleaned. Finally, after sitting for about five minutes at the window, the woman open the window and said they’re not taking orders anymore unless we order through Uber eats. She repeated several times that they were closed, but I said it’s not 2 AM yet. She said that they closed early. So we drove off. Very disappointed and still hungry.
It's good, but they don't ask you what size meal you want. They just charge you for a large. I did want large at that time, but I haven't been back because they didn't ask me. What if I didn't want large and you changed me for it.
I'm not one to give bad reviews but my experience was so bad... I had to share. I treated my friends to lunch at this location. Our bill was approximately $54.00 and the food was horrible!!. The Chili was watery and filled with beans, no meat! The Baked Potato was old and stuck to the skin! The Burgers were all dry and the meat was black around the edges! The French fries were re-dipped in grease!! I ordered a Spicy Asiago Chicken Sandwich but it was left out of bag. We arrived there at 11:00 ish and the food quality should have been great. However, I called back about my missing chicken sandwich and got a nice Manager, Tonie on phone. She apologized and aloud me to have my friend bring in receipt and remake me a Asiago Chicken Sandwich. I will never eat at this or any other Wendy's again!!! I now remember why I haven't had Wendy's in over ten years!!!
Female with streaked gold hair, neatly pulled back, is thoroughly snarky, nasty, rude and dressed in street clothes. Because the cup was filled with ice I simply said, I asked for light ice. That's all. She replied, the ice not to the top of the cup. My request, may I have a soda with no ice. She then, snapped at the young lady at the window to give me a soda with no ice.
The food was less than lukewarm. Fries are cold and limp. Nuggets cool and soggy. Burger on cold dry bun, a slice of pickle, half piece of onion ring, a slathering of ketchup. I requested no cheese. The cheese was removed leaving cheese residue. The meat is dry and cold. No straw or napkin. Just nasty!!
Why is it so difficult to prepare food properly and serve it at the correct temperature???
