The location of this restaurant is ideal for attracting visitors—it's right off the highway and surrounded by various establishments. However, the staff falls far short of what you’d expect for such a prime spot. The restaurant was dirty in several areas, and the staff was incredibly rude.
I tried to make a lighthearted joke and started laughing, but the manager, who wasn’t involved in the conversation, told me to stop. She became visibly upset and even started yelling because customers in the drive-thru kept ordering ice cream. The whole situation was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
As for the food, I ordered the spicy chicken nuggets and the bacon cheeseburger. While it was okay, it could have been much better. The food was warm, not hot, and the chicken nuggets weren’t as crispy as they should’ve been.
I’m not sure if this location simply needs a new team or if it should cease to exist altogether, but I can say this: when I’m on the road again, I won’t be stopping here.
This location is horrible! They're always out of something, or the food just isn't fresh. Today was our LAST day! Hard, cold biscuit. The eggs were dry, cold, and hard. The biscuit was hard AF, and the cheese was cold (NO METLED)!
Great place! Nice crew! Took the drive thru.. we didn't go in. It was super Fast!! And friendly! The sandwiches were made with CARE!! not slop!! Fries and nuggets were fresh. This kinda stuff Makes the experience so much better. Keep up the hard work guys! ???? you deserve a pat on the back! :) thank you!! ????
Soo sad that the "BIG 3s" prices keep going up, and you get less and less, what a waste of money for their profits!! I can buy a box of 6 - 1/3 pound Great Value Angus burger patties, buns, and a bag of fries at Walmart and feed 6 people good for what it cost for 1 person at these fast food "restaurants" and I'll know what the ingredients in everything is!!! Do yourself and your family and your wallet a favor, do what I recommended, and "spend less, live better" ????!! Thinnest "burger pattie" I have ever seen, the salt and pepper packets are almost as thick, not to mention the 1 & 1/2" by 2" tiny piece of lettuce ???? ohh... and it now takes 4 fries to equal the thickness of one ???? they used to serve!!
This is the only location I've had a bad experience with Wendy's I order I triple baconator combo for $16 and get almost no bacon and the fries were unsalted
Just had the WORST experience at this location. Whoever is working the drive through on Oct 26 2024 needs to be fired. We asked if lunch was being served bc it was 1034 and she said “ is the lunch menu up?” We say yes and she just didn’t respond. We sat there for a few minutes and she still said nothing. So we left. This is who you have working for you… we won’t be back and we will tell friends and family.
Stopped for a bite counter guy was polite and fast. What I did not appreciate was hearing the so called manager yelling at employees my entire meal. Telling the employees what they were doing wrong while she was back there in sandal/slides . Accident waiting to happen. I will not be back!!!
Consistently out of the same major items, like certain hamburgers or sides. The management does not know how to control their store's model-quantity on-hand for popular items like the Pretzel Burger. Store offers no remedy / discount for orders that contain items they ran out of, while continuing to display those same items on their menu board for the next to-be-disappointed customer to discover. Then, they impatiently pester you to please order (with nobody waiting behind you) while you have to sit there re-planning your family's dinner again. Very unlike a national chain to be out of so many items on very light traffic weekdays. Go to another location if you are buying for a family.
