Worst fast food experience of my life. Ordered by mobile order, waited an hour in line, didn’t even make it to the speaker before a worker came out and told us they were closed. I asked about getting my money back and he claimed I wasn’t gonna get charged until I got my food which was false as I looked at my bank account and my card was charged immediately after I PLACED my order. Also got cut in line multiple times. Absolutely horrible service!
Burgers were great.
BUT, the Frosty was too full. Came out all over my hand, clothes and car seat. Next time order it only 3/4 to the top.
Drive thru has their shit together- got the order correct, didnt forget napkins or a spoon for the frosty. Best wendys drive thru experience we’ve had in a long time.
Be prepared to wait. I waited about 10 minutes to place my order with 5 customers in front of me. I waited another 10 minutes to be served. There were people shuffled all over the restaurant waiting for their food. Out of all the Wendy's I go to, this is always the slowest. They did make my burger properly though. I alway hate it when a store puts my cheese on the bun. The parking lot is small, and there's a pile of junk behind the drive through order sign. Just looks unsightly. Update on my sandwich. The bacon was overcooked and brittle, and there was very little of it. This isn't a Baconator it's a bacon hater.
It's ok, but no longer excellent in the same was as when I worked for Wendy's in the 80s.
For example, the chicken breast just is not as good as it used to be. Currently, it's often very dried out with so-so flavor. Management confirmed chicken now comes frozen & already prepared.
In my days as an employee, refrigerated thawed, skinned chicken breasts were hand-breaded just before frying. Once cooked, it was stored in a warmer until ordered. After a period of time (I think 1-2 hours), the unsold ones were discarded. While still fresh, it was always juicy and tasty.
Chicken nuggets no longer seem to be whole pieces of white meat.
Burgers seem about the same.
However, I really wish a healthier bun/bread option was available, such as 100% whole grain.
The fries are usually very good, however, I often order without salt due to them impossibly over-salted otherwise. In spite of my no salt requests, they still sometimes come salted (wth?). In my youth, a completely different fry scoop and bin was used when no salt fries were ordered.
Door dashed Wendy’s and my entire order was messed up. Ordered honey bbq Wings and got garlic Parmesan, Ordered a triple berry Frosty and A chocolate one, ordered a baked potato with sour cream, and there’s no sour cream on the potato or in the bag. Never ordering from there again
Me and my brother both got sick from eating at this Wendy's. The food was horrible the mayonnaise on the chicken sandwich was spoiled, the cheese on top wasn't melted .all the food was cold. The soda machine was dirty and the Dr pepper was horrible. My brother was up all night with diarrhea and vomiting. I just had stomach pain and a little nauseous. I wouldn't recommend eating here. worst Wendy's by far and I ate Wendy's from airport Rd in Hartford CT. On the plus side the place looks and is furnished really nice. And the service was nice but the food is horrible don't eat here, it will make you sick.
