one thing about me is i’ll leave a bad review!! just upset that she didn’t leave my receipt in the bag so I could go on Wendy’s and leave the actual review but this is one of the best Caesar salads I’ve had in a while. usually when u get a fast food salad it’s nasty but this is SOO fresh tasting and good 10/10
Everything about this location and workers is a big NO! And what’s worse is, when you want to leave you can’t bc the drive thru is completely blocked off with no way around when they tell you that you “have to come inside” even though there isn’t any traffic! Will not go back as a customer NOR an uber driver. Will gladly pass up on money to not have to deal with them ever again.
So far we have been spending $70-80 in mediocre dine in restaurants around Harrisburg for 3 people. This Wendy's is clean. It also has a cool modern vibe. A nice ambience. I feel like I could be in modern Canada, not Harrisburg.
Food was good for $20 for 2 of us. We tried the new Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich, which is huge. It was hot and tasty. This is just fast food so no photo of it. Nothing special looking, but for the price it's a good deal and the dine in area is very nice with a vending Coke product machine.
Ordered a Dave's Single, no pickle, lettuce, tomato, onion With Bacon and a 10pc Spicy Honey Saucy Nugg. Burger wasn't for me, but it was pink inside, nuggs were barely coated with sauce. Called and supposedly the manager was going to fix it, got a replacement Burger and a lot of sauce on the nuggs, buger was still pink. Needless to say that we won't be eating there anymore. Changing my original review as this place has gone downhill. There is an older woman working there (Deanna?) who seems to be miserable with life or something. Every time I encounter her she is really unfriendly. Twice now she has told me that they don't have Hi-C orange. But they do. Today she also told me that they don't have Coke right now. But they do. Right after she handed me the cups I went to their machine and the lobby and got both. ???? Still giving three stars because the food arrived nice and hot. If you haven't tried an orange Frosty yet, do yourself a favor and get there before they stop serving them!
Absolutely disgusted by the way they just slapped my burger together literally to the point where I had to use different bread when I got home. We All know we Eat with our Eyes First and when I opened that double bacon burger I literally just wanted to throw it in the Trash! Show the Slightest Care into your food that your Feeding other people because NO SANDWICH Should come out looking the way it did and this is exactly why I only order Nuggets because how can you mess that up. The sad part is nothing will be done about it, they're just going to continue to do it...????????
I'm from Oklahoma and I've never spoken to an AI before at a drive thru. Stop. Please. Don't do it Wendy's. Keep your workers!! I don't want to talk to a robot to order my food. It's weird.
(February 10 2023) last few visits the wait was too long. Today waited over 15 minutes. This is due to short staffing, I will note the orders are correct and the staff is very friendly and professional.
(1,July, 2022) The wait is a little long, and this is the second time an order was wrong. As prior when entering the dine in area others were there inconvenience due to wrong orders. When receiving my second sandwich, I checked the order and the tomatoes were missing. I asked about it and then was informed that they are out of tomatoes.The staff is courteous and the restaurant seems extremely clean since it’s still rather new. Will update on my next two visit.
