This place is NEVER open. I’ve tried 2 different times to go through the drive thru—once around 9:45PM and another night around 8:45PM—both times no one came to the speaker at all. Sat and waited for a good amount of time. Drove by and looked through the window to see if I could see people inside, and sure enough there’s workers inside. Online says open till 11PM???
If I could give no stars I would! This place not only needs a deep cleaning but I had an issue with a mobile order that I was told to call guest services for because the store couldn’t issue a refund due to it being mobile order which is understandable. They then told me the refund had to come from the general manager of that store and that they would have him contact me within a certain amount of time. That never happened so I called back and was told several times on various phone calls that not only the general manager, but also the franchise owner was going to call me since the GM never did. SURPRISE, that obviously never happened either because this location is absolute trash.
I'm really upset. I went through this Wendy's drive thru tonight and I ordered two of their chili's. Well went I got home I opened the chili up and neither was full, neither had any cheese, or onions. One was nearly half empty. Plus no crackers were included. Maybe I expected too much, but for $3.59 each I expect the chili to at least be fully in there. I was so disappointed I didn't even eat the chili. Nor did my kid. I tried to call the store to complain to the manager but no one answered. My boyfriend also had a large order of fries and a coke in the order. They were fine which is why I guess the one star is fair. Overall definitely not a great experience.
I order a Dave’s triple combo and they gave me no veggies at all, and the staff already looked like they didn’t want to be there so it made me feel like if I gave them my burger back for the veggies they would spit on my food out of anger. I will never eat here again this ruined my lunch I was really looking forward to this.
This Wendy's is hands down the worse, the drive thru cashier was so rude. Ordered Sweet Tea and not so sweet, but either way nothing about my experience was. I won't be returning to Wendy's at this location again.
Terrible service. Had to wait at the order machine for them to even take the order with no one in front of us. Had to wait 15 mins to get the food after paying, with still no one in front of us. Inside was not very busy either. When they brought the food, they said nothing and just walked away. We waited over 30 mins through the drive through process which is ridiculous
Girl at the drive through on October 10 /10 24 spent 13 minutes to answer. And lied saying 2 frosties was going to be $16.98 when the mobile app clearly shows $6.98. Scamming people for money. We decided we needed to leave. Her attitude was garbage.
This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. After waiting for 15mins(only one in line @ 8:30pm should have been a sign), our orders were completely mixed up with wrong toppings on the wrong burgers, one burger even made inside out with lettuce and onions on top of the bun - must be a joke to the clowns inside…
They didn’t even get the drinks right - got 2 root beers which we don’t drink. Not sure how that facility is still open. Won’t ever go there again.
