They are always kind and respectful. I really like that! They have the food made very fast. A good place to go eat and talk with a friend!
Really anok place during the day but as soon as 4am hits id recommend going elsewhere. Recently was charged 2x 1$ donation for the 5 spooky books and did not receive any books. The frosty they had me pull up for was half melted as well. If you are over 25 working fast food and don't care about service then please find a new job
A good #2 within 30 miles. Cashier was very polite and good customer service. The lobby was a little messy and loud. The soft drink fountains were messy.
I ordered 4 chicken biggie bags. Got no sauce. I patiently waited at the counter to ask for mayonnaise. 5 mins went by. I waved a lady down she stared at me and was like yes? I said I didn't get any sauce on my chicken sandwiches. They start to get the sauces, then set them down and started talking about something else. I asked for my sauce and was told excuse me have some patience.. the sandwhich assembler then got loud about me needing to be patient
really? As my food is getting cold i waited at least 8 minutes for my sauce. And was snapped at telling me to be patient. For them screwing up my order. This is absolutely the most unprofessional establishment on state line.
I changed my review because I felt it wasn't right to judge the whole store on the actions of the closing crew. The morning and day shifts are great best service at fast food in Texarkana
Wendy's also has the best app period. Also only store that actually has your order ready when you arrive. Best Doordash pickup place. And the Employees aren't hiding behind a wall like everywhere else
pointed out the broken kiosk and ask for a "out of order" sign so nobody else wasted time on it, the cashier responded with "whatever" and rolled her eyes. When i asked her to come look at it she yelled "do you have a problem!!!" In front of me and my kid. I didn't trust my food being made there and ask for a refund then she had a fighting mad tone started making fun of my hairline. then this employee got of facebook and called me a liar and continued to humiliate me. this is the most embarrassing experience i've ever had in a Texarkana restaurant and i'll never step foot in this wendy's again. i would highly recommend another restaurant to bring your families
Out of all the fast food places I go to Wendy's is my favorite. The only complaint is there isn't one in Nashville Ar. But they are always friendly. Immediately someone comes to see what you would like to order. They have quite a bit of drink options which is great cause not everyone likes to drink soda or plain sweet tea. When I found out they have vitamin water and peace tea they became number 1. Also their food quality hasn't changed. It's always hot. The fries are salty enough. The flavor of the burger is great. And the place is always clean. Also the FROSTY hello.
I ordered 1 thing a #3 meal and what I got was the wrong order and no fries. Atleast try to get it right or atleast include my fries.
