Best WLM Reviews
This is the best Wendy's in the area. The manager gentleman is always outgoing and kind. Restaurant is clean and service always fast and friendly.
I usually do not give reviews but I am going to make sure I go out of my way to give a review for the cashier who placed my order in the drive thru I believe her name is Guillermina. Guillermina was absolutely amazing and very professional. She made us feel very comfortable and welcoming!!! However higher up sees this comment and does something nice for her!
I stop here almost every night on my way home and order the same thing, just about every time. The night manager is horrible! Like other reviews, very argumentative when in the wrong. Tonight was the last time I'll ever go back to this location! I It amazes me how fast food service has gone downhill as prices and wages go up! Do yourself the favor and avoid this location, go to the Randall Rd. location!
There is a gruff manager there, quite argumentative like somebody else said in the reviews. I asked for 2 orders of Big baco classic, no pickles no onions, and I heard he said no bacon no onions. Corrected him and he sounded upset, so I got upset too. No matter the correction, he got me just 1 order, with no bacon and no onion. This guy needs to be more polite and crank the volume on the headset or learn to listen.
I got a spicy chicken sandwich meal thru the drive thru, got a straw no coke. I was waiting for the coke and some woman opened the drive thru window stared at us and asked the other employee what did we want. Very rude.
My rating are based on the night shift staff today (06/15/24 10pm). I believe the manager was Jennifer & was rushing us to order in drive thru, she didn’t know about the new sprite Aruba jam so my friend settled for reg sprite. All fries were cold by the time we got home & didn’t hear my whole order & didn’t get 2nd fries I ordered. Cecilia (who took my payment) scanned my QR code for $3 off & said my reward didn’t go thru which was an offer the app let me use.. weird & Jennifer was complaining in the back about not giving me the $3 off after scanning it 3 times. If you’re still reading this far, if you see these Hispanic ladies double check everything before leaving!! They love to be right & will argue back.
So I asked for no receipt in my bag and Jonathan still maid sure to give me a receipt on top of my fries and the girl who took my order was super rude and couldn’t even get my coffee right I think we should all just make this place a favor and not even bother purchasing from here at all it seems like it’s to much to ask for the simple things in this place so glad this happened I won’t even bother going back this place sucks for real not the first time this happens at this location either
Hands down the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve been in. Very courteous and efficient staff.
