May I get some ketchup, please? IT'S IN THE BAG! Check bag to see one pack of ketchup. I guess people are to put a drop of ketchup on each potato wedge. Then when I checked my sandwich there was no maple on it, just dry burnt bacon, chicken and bread. I wouldn't recommend this location to a hungry person.
Went to this Wendy's today and I should have stayed and ate my food. From the time I walked in, I was like OKAY! The manager greeted me and it was very welcoming. (Not robotic at all)....went to the restroom and it was extremely clean. Brittany took my order and she was sooo pleasant. Her energy the eye contact...they rock and somebody need a raise. Those employees are happy and love their job...oh and the drink area was Extremely clean as well????
Order was wrong and got attitude for asking. Food was completely un appetizing and considering the service, I don't trust it. Very greasy, tasted flat, and probably been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Threw it out after trying a bite. I've been skeptical of Wendy's for a while and this is the nail in the coffin, this brand is dead to me. If you're wondering why this place is never busy but the McDonald's across the street is always packed, there's a reason. Waste of money and they might as well be serving yesterday's food.
I ordered via the mobile app.
I got there to pick up my order and the staff was horrible. The place was dirty and I wasn't even allowed in. I waited at the door where the sign says come in for mobile orders for about 5 min. No one told me that I would still have to sit in the drive through line for a mobile pick up. The option on the app was pick up inside. Not drive through. If the inside is closed the business needs to update it to reflect what is actually happening.
I had to walk and tap at the drive through window after waiting and no one acknowledging me.
So then we had to join the drive through line and wait for another 20 min since the line was moving slowly.
The food wasn't freshly cooked. It had been sitting since the business decided not to update their app. Overall I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service from the staff, the food overall, and the cleanliness of the location.
I eat at Wendy’s every morning and I went to this Wendy’s two occasions and each each morning and it was very bad each time disrespect from each employee. The manager is being rude. Whoever owns this establishment really need to train your employees or FINE employees cause it seems like a trend everybody’s having the same issue with this store went to the store no problem.
I recently had a terrible experience at this Wendy's location. The customer service was shockingly bad, and it was largely due to one of the employees who was incredibly rude throughout the entire interaction. I asked for assistance with my order, but rather than helping, she responded with a condescending attitude and acted like I was an inconvenience...At HER JOB!
The whole encounter really ruined my experience. It’s one thing to be busy, but there’s no excuse for treating customers with disrespect. Wendy’s is supposed to be a friendly place, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
The quality of food went out the window once these biggie bags were placed on the menu.
This place is disgusting and unsanitary. Moreover, we came in to order and saw a sign written in sharpie saying we were required to use the mobile app. We did that, and waited 20 mins for someone to acknowledge us. I simply wanted water but could not get the employees attention. They simply looked past us an ignored us. Finally they said, hey here’s your meal, but we don’t have frostys and can’t give you your money back because you used the mobile app. They STOLE $7 in product from us. Then proceeded to get mad at us for this. Screw this ridiculous, nasty restaurant. Bunch of thieves.
This store SCREAMS poor customer service.
Got the employees customizing their uniforms ????????♀️ they don’t open their store unless they feel like it just horrible all around. To many kids working
