Placed an order using the app. Selected carry out and when I got to the restaurant. The doors were locked. There was another gentleman that was also trying to get in. On our way back to our cars. A family of six headed in. We told them the doors were locked. Seems you just lost a bit of business. I do like this location for breakfast. The crew must be better, I dunno. I do expect a refund since we didn’t get our food. Thanks.
The staff are all really nice, very fast service and delicious “quality” food, that is their recipe ;)
Asked drive-thru “what’s on a jr chz burg?? Male said same as reg chz, minus a patty…asked him what’s on a reg chz burger and he literally yelled ketchup, mustard, mayo,onions, tom and pickles. I asked for the jr chz minus ketchup and mustard. I was given my burger but by a young lady, he must have hid after his behavior bc I would have said something. When I finally opened my burger, I got a burger LITERALLY DRIPPING in said ketchup and mustard. I wasn’t being rude I just simply wanted to know what was on the burger. I don’t understand why I was treated so rudely. I called the store and I am SURE the same guy answered!!! He actually just said “hello”! I asked for the manager, after I clarified I had reached Windys. He said he was the mngr! told him my experience and there was NO response just dead air.. I asked “are you there”? He said “yeah”. Told him obviously I was talking to the same guy who took my order, told him he was rude and unprofessional and hung up. ALL THIS OVER AN OVER PRICED BURGER. I am all for these people making a decent wage but where does it end? Customers are treated so poorly these days and still expected to put up with rudeness.

Ordered a plain potato w sandwich, the potato was NOT EDIBLE petrified from heat lamps.
Management NEEDS to educate the staff on food safety time limits on cooked foods, this item was likely from lunch but served at 10pm. I’ll NEVER trust ANY FOOD from this location again, and recommend you go elsewhere to eat.

The most inconsistent times open I've ever experienced. On a day where it says it is open til 12am no one is there or answering the drive thru at 11pm. The time says 2am and no one is there at 11:45pm. Either change the store hours or be more consistent. At least put a sign up or something. I'd rather read you're closed for staffing issues or something than to sit and wait for the staff that's closing inside to never respond.
Love the food here, but they closed before 12am. There was a guy smoking out front that ran inside to hide as I was yelling to see if they were open. Almost always a great experience here, but all it takes is one terrible one to fudge the whole thing.
Fast and friendly service. The place was extraordinarily clean.
Everyone is doing a fantastic job there and deserves a raise!!!
