The staff here are so nice! I visited tonight and handed over my phone to pay, but I have lost my phone case and the young man working tonight on November 19 made an extra effort to hold my phone with two hands and hand it back to me very carefully. He was very clumsy so I knew he was taking extra effort to be careful. Anyone who takes that much care to be careful with somebody else’s phone, you know they’re making great food, too!
Nice Wendy's in a cute little mountain town. Nice atmosphere and the food was good. Fast and easy!
I visited this Wendy's for the first time. This was the first time I ever ordered with AI. The system spoke to me and took my order. She did sound like she had an attitude rushing me ???? but it's just a recording. Great drive thru guy. I wish I got his name to give him his kudos! Great service with this funny guy. Food was fresh.
If I could, I would give zero stars traveling to Nevada to see an ill relative misplaced my wallet and I understand it’s a business, but I know if the founder Dave Thomas was here and working this shift and I stopped in and explained that situation and asked if I could have a burger and fry he would have gave me a burger and fry. I work hard for everything I have and I don’t like asking for anything, but unfortunately, she wouldn’t authorized the manager on shift.
Meh. We had breakfast here and it was terrible. I hate fast food breakfasts it’s always so unnecessarily greasy.
It is a very cute Wendy's in a mountain town in Colorado! I ordered the berry frosty and it was very good. The baconator was delicious.

I just got your newest special on the menu and am so disappointed!
I understand that people gotta be quick at the drive thru, but the guy who takes the orders shouldn't rush people in such a rude manner, especially because the "saucy nugs" are something new and I was trying to figure out how it works, anyways I end up ordering two of the sauces for my 20 nuggets (spicy garlic Parm and and spicy honey Bbq) turns out that they didn't give me what I ordered and just gave a bunch of the same regular sauces that have been on the menu since forever, so what's so special about your new special, I really want to get my order refunded but I don't wanna drive all the way back from Vail to Eagle, I think you guys really stop tricking people into buy something you don't have. Just take it off the menu, I'd had something different and have been happy about it. But zero concern about the customer this time. Not cool at all!
Not good food, we usually really like wendys but this location has been disgusting the only two times we went. They didn't give us any sauce for chicken nuggets either.
