Couldn't believe this Wendy's and so glad I got a snap shot! If you look closely you will see a manager and other crew chatting while a full dining room awaits. There was no eagerness to get orders out and especially not to be waited on. I was third in line and the other person at the counter said she had been standing almost 5 minutes and never even greeted. Everyone was working in slow motion I'm sure half the workers were high. I waited another 5 minutes while waiting on a friend in the restroom and then we exited!
I understand that no sometimes food gets made ahead of time in preparation for anticipated rushes but when someone comes in in order something to go, they go back out and they get their car and they go down the road and then the fries are cold and the nuggets are cold and then there isn’t even a temperature that can be determined on the junior bacon. It’s like nobody wants to pay full price for old and cold food like everybody that put the food in the bag had to have felt that there was no heat in anything and that the fries and nuggets both already looked soggy. It sucks that there’s nothing I can do about it now and they got my money and I got a bag of old cold food
Does the Apple Pecan salad come with pecans? I don't know, is that like a cranberry? (I can't fathom the struggle for these managers)
Less flies outside, so I went out there. Had to pretend to call 911 for the methed out backpack to stop moaning and leave.
Now I'm enjoying my Apple no pecan salad
Service missed. Told them I needed a minute to look over the menu, so they ignored me for a good 10 minutes. Great place to kill time I guess.
The establishment provided excellent cuisine and courteous service. We were pleased with our experience and express our gratitude to the staff.
I'm rating based on a Wendy's / Fast food scale. Stopped in here for a rest in the highway. The place is extremely well run, courteous employees, and had plenty of workers. Food was good, place was clean, and they offered inside dining. Actually rare during the pandemic where fast food is struggling to find good people and provide decent customer service.
This place is always slow the worker stand behind counter with customers in line on there phones I've seen them also handle food with no gloves!
Listening is a skill that must be exercised when working in the food industry. There is a certain design for each item on the menu, but sometimes people ask for a slight alteration. Several times I have gone to this location and simple listening is ignored.
My order : Junior cheeseburger deluxe with the meat (hamburger) in a separate container. They ALWAYS put the cheese on the meat, but I've NEVER said meat and cheese. These items are very different and even have different names, colors, textures, etc. The manager in charge says the same thing each time (different managers, not the same manager) "I think they got confused". How confusing is it to place ONLY the requested item aside without any other portion of the sandwich and why it is confusing each time? Is learning not involved? This has happened more than 8 times! I used to work for Wendy's; there was a sandwich chart at the stations showing what items went on each sandwich. NEVER were the cheese and meat considered the same item. I'm not saying mistakes won't happen or that this one is intentional, but it is time to pay attention. That request is not a challenging one.
