Came here to get food before a trip and I had my 5 month old pup with me. Came in was greeted by a man name woody he took my order and jokingly with me and it was great order was perfect sat down waiting on my order pup doing nothing but sitting there and be good and my name got called I walk up grab my food and the manger walks around the counter and ask do you have a license for that dog and I said he’s a pup and she says it goes against food and safety and I said okay grab my food walked grabbed my drink and the pup walked out but as I was walking out I heard her say that they had a incident were somebody else dog got loose and took of in there kitchen so when I got kicked out it was bc you had a bad day bc of somone else and don’t have a sign or anything saying I couldn’t bring my dog in so now I’m outside in my truck eating my food and props to woody who took my order great guy and amazing service from him
The food is great. I would give five stars but it's vegetarian. Lol
Walked in. After standing there for a minute a lady yelled from the kitchen that it's going to be a few minutes before she can get to me. I stood there a little longer and another customer walked up behind me to ask for a drink. Another woman from the kitchen yelled out it's going to be a while our drive-through is backed up and I've got to deal with all this. Something along those lines. Seems like if Wendy's paid better they would get better employees with better attitudes. After about 5 minutes I walked on out and never bought anything.
Me and my buddies came in to get some food before we took off on our trip we had a 5 month old pup with us. We went ahead walked in and ordered our food with the dog in our arms there were no issues walking in with the dog the employee woody was super friendly and joking with us he was amazing but the lady the told us we couldn’t have the dog inside even tho there was no sign saying we couldn’t bring any animals in and she was super rude we were gonna eat inside but we were kicked out left to eat out in the rain like why did you say something when we walked in ????
They never get my husband's hamburger correct. He orders a double with NO cheese and it always has cheese. The manager did make it right but goodness it's not a difficult order.
Super nice, recently renovated Wendy's. Staff was friendly. Manager was very accommodating. They were out of all frostys, no ketchup, no ice, Dr Pepper and water were the only choices and Dr Pepper was hot and flat. Wait for order was much longer than average. First order was wrong but was quickly replaced by the manager.
Spent almost 45$ just to get kicked out of the restaurant after getting my food because of my puppy and he wasn’t even doing anything just sitting there. The manager was rude about it also. But the cashier who took my order was very sweet and joking around with us they didn’t have a problem until we got our food
Very bad experience. I bought a ceasar salad and opened it 1hr 15 mins later and the lettuce was brown. I called the store, no one answered so I left a message. I returned the salad the next day. The manager said I can not get a refund but I can get another salad, which I was fine with. He said these are the freshest we have and placed the salad in the bag. I took the salad out of the bag and it to consisted of old brown lettuce. I told and showed him. He said well if I go and make you a salad the lettuce is going to look the same and I can't give you a refund because it was purchased yesterday. So I took my recipe and left. I contacted the customer care service and said what happened and showed pic and got an "oh my, I'm sorry to hear that". They asked for the store location which I gave and they they ended the chatt. Until this day no one from the Wendy's company as contacted me.
