Extremely disappointed and utterly appalled!! So ordered through the app thinking it would take a step out. I may as well have pulled up and ordered! Confusion when I get to the window about the order. Asking if im uber eats when I clearly told them 3 times it was a mobile order!! It gets better I was then told someone already came and picked that up. How did someone else pick up my personal order unless you messed up?! Seriously get it together its getting rediculous! So the order gets remade great get home and look at my sandwich big problem....I paid for bacon double stacks where is the bacon???!!!! This is not okay in the slightest it needs to be fixed ASAP!
Second time we have gone to this wendys for different promotional meals and left empty handed, last time we went in, this time in the drive through through and they were out of sauce, which was fine so I was ordering other things and they just stopped taking my order halfway through. We waited for a few more min with a couple "hello?" Asks with a line behind us before deciding they were not going to continue taking our order and left
Pedestrians not welcome! It's been years since I've stepped inside this Wendy's. I work in the neighborhood and don't have a car. Literally every time I walk over here (after checking online to make sure you're open) I find a locked door. What's really rich is how many of your employees I see riding the bus home. What's it like working somewhere you know you're definitely not welcome as a customer?
I walked over at 10am this fine Saturday morning and there's one huge truck in the first parking spot, a man staring out from the entry and nobody else around. By the time I get to the locked door the man has disappeared into the back. So I go to Aldi for some muffins (you're literally shoving customers into their door and out of yours by the way) and as I'm walking back from Aldi I see another discouraged pedestrian walking away hungry and a disgruntled door dasher raging about why she should have to go wait in the drive thru line instead of going inside. If you cant have more than one working in this store at 10am on a Saturday without hurting profitability your model sucks and you should just close. Take that tacky ass plastic sign you've zip tied to a tree (literally the trashiest form or advertisement) and instead of "breakfast at 6:30 daily" make it say something honest like "Pedestrians not welcome here. Drive thru or eff off!"
Excellent customer service every time I go to the location just off of Burleigh. Management keeps things running smoothly. Roscoe is a favorite employee as well as Lakeisha (sp?) Keep up the great work. The Wendy's app allows for great deals as well.
Woman at second window had an attitude pretty much threw Drinks at us. I ordere jr cheeseburger ketchup only... well got home no burger just cheese and ketchup. In all my yrs or ordering this way never had that happen
This was by far my first worst experience with Wendy's I was headed out of town with my grandchildren and daughter for her birthday weekend and I ordered three Biggie Bags and one four for four and the sandwiches we're poorly made and sloppy their were even cold to taste the chicken nuggets were hard cold and shribbled and the French fries were not fresh and we're burnt to taste I eat four four four regularly on the north side and theirs are fresh this was a Terrible experience the Supervisor Monica immediately addressed the situation but this ruined our lunch the food was poorly made and at an improper temperature her response was a lunch rush but theirs no way and no excuse for this cold food! One ice cream with a top one with out a top just a Terrible experience anything could have got into my ice cream from passing their long line inside the lobby to exiting the building terrible never again !
Workers were rude!! I was asking for a copy of my receipt at the first window, and the employee shut it in my face mid sentence. After waiting forever for food, the employee at the second window threw the bag at me. After looking at ordered food of two ten piece "wings," one order was incomplete only having a count of eight. The "wings" were actually only sauce covered chicken nuggets overpriced and falsely advertised.
Drive through. Ordered 3 large chocolate frosties (not gonna apologize). Fast courteous order taker. I was 3rd car. 6 minutes total wait. Frosties were fresh made and full. They put them on a carry tray without me asking; nice touch. Had all the correct amount of napkins and spoons. Thanked me for stopping in and told me to enjoy my frosties (no judgment!).
Good experience at this location.
