So i ordered through the mobile app i had rewards point so i wanted to redeem a 10 pc of nuggets for like 500 points and they told me i had to order 10 pc of nuggets to redeem “THE REWARDS POINTS “ i did that so i should have like the packs of 10 pcs of nuggets but guess whattt THEY ACTUALLY TOOK MY POINTS AND MY MONEY AND JUST SENT ME ONE PACK OF 10 pcs of nuggets soooo I thought it was a mistake even if it was the second time they did that i called the store the employee that answered was laughing at me because i was angry and they another one just told me to come to the store to talk to the manager about that ?!!!!! Oh and in the receipt they said i paid only 7.58 but they actually took 15.39 dollars?!!!!!!
Writing this for the next time I think of going here.
Corporate needs to properly staff and supply this location. There is always a line around the block and they are always out of soda, like every time I've gone there in the last year.

My recent visit to Wendy’s on 56th and Chestnut Street was underwhelming. The staff seemed disengaged and unaware of their roles, leading to a lack of proper customer service. It was evident that customer experience was not a priority, which is disappointing for a brand known for its commitment to quality service. This location needs to address these issues promptly to meet the expected standards.
they dont know how to use their system and have to keep going to the manager constantly to figure it out. they forget half your order almost every time and they have no motivation to even prepare your order. id avoid the place and find a different one. especially if youre in a rush for your lunch break.
Wendy's is very good when served hot and the fountain drinks served cold! The after 9 Pm service is really bad! If you are looking for a cold beverage with your late meal and it's after 9 pm order from somewhere else!! They don't give ice or cold beverages at night! They hand out flat warm cups that I pour out! Seeing this being summer I find that ridiculous and pathetic!! ???????? The delivery people don't care what they bring us! It's too hot for that!???????? I will be ordering from McDonald's for the rest of the summer!!
It's a really hot summer and this restaurant gives hot and flat fountain drinks on a nightly basis for the last month. The fountains I the lobby are out of service quite a bit. This is the only Wendy's I have been to or ordered from with no ice! Wendy's customers in other neighborhoods aren't treated this way. I got a ice cold soda from 76 and City Ave. last week after 10pm. If Wendy's is not interested in treating black people in West Philly with dignity they don't deserve our business. They never list no ice on the app, web site, in the store or even mention it to the delivery drivers before they have us wait 30 minutes. Extremely poor service at this West Philly location!! Wendy's service is normally much better!! ????????
Worst Wendy’s I been to in 31 years! How are mobile order waiting 45 minutes, how is bacon taking 40 minutes to cook! Bacon in fast food Industry takes 5 minutes !!! 11/19/23 5:30pm the manager walking off the floor with at least 25 people in the lobby waiting for food, every employee has lip gloss on popping !! But no food is up, how and why is lips glossy for 45 minutes.but no food is up, I watched a female change her gloves 4 times in 20 minutes but didn’t put up not 1 sandwich! They need new management and fast! Wendy’s have waits all the locations, but not 45 minutes to 65 minutes for fast food, I give them no stars if I could, It’s horrible and I feel bad for the mobile orders that come through door dash and Uber eats they food sits for hours growing food borne illnesses, and then is served to their doorsteps and don’t know what they are eating! Everybody has headphones in , cooking in outside hoodies, and coats , how you handling food and phones and headphones at the same time, This place should be shut down reported etc!!!
The worst thing is, the people who work there are making fun of us, playing games and the order took more than 40 minutes. I wasn't the only one who complained, there are several of us! They should get serious here.
