They cooked the fries till they were bricks. I was late for work so couldn't get fresh fries. Will never go back. I know they wouldn't eat them why should we have to. I did get a few that were good. But 98% were bricks. Do better for ur other customers
I got like 2 pieces that weren’t burnt !!!! And I was missing a whole sandwich manger was nice about fixing that
service was terrible. Employees did not greet customers. When waiting in line it almost seemed liked customers were bothering them more than anything. No customer service at all! There was an employee children sitting in the lobby. 2 girls, one still in a stroller and the oldest sitting in the chair no older than maybe 5 years old. She was quiet for the most part, but no kid can stay quiet long. The mother (employee) came to check on them every 5-10 minutes. The cashier was unpleasant. Didn’t greet nor talk. Didn’t even tell me my total, I had to look at the screen myself as he just handed me my cups and walked away. I ordered 4 DOUBLE Krabby Patty meals for my family and I and when I got home they were all SINGLE patties. Tried calling the store back and received no answer. I let the phone ring for at least 3 minutes straight before hanging up. Very upset and frustrated, my kids were hungry I let them eat the food, but it’s so disappointing for no kind of customer service or at least an apology on the phone for messing up the order. No way of correcting the mistakes because they DO NOT answer the phone. We work hard for our money and pay price differences of getting an extra patty and not getting it is wasting the hard money we work for. This Wendy’s has really gone down hill since the last time I was there.
We eat here every Sunday after church.. and we can honestly expect straws, nuggets and burgers to be missing every week. We have a big family so I understand it’s crazy.. but when you order the frosty boo coupons and 5 4for4s, through the app, you kind of expect those things to be in there. ????????♀️
I will say, extra points to the lady that gave me no issues with another coupon book… but we were still out a bunch of food.
The lady that claimed to be manager was very rude when I simply asked her to make 1 of the 2 sandwiches I had ordered into a combo, which would of only included a drink. I asked her prior to payment and she tells me at window she's not changing it. So when I politely asked her name she says " I'm not giving u my name bye" very unprofessional over a drink? This lady is very rude and doesn't deserve her job because she's very disrespectful and hatefull.
After visiting this Wendy's months apart, I had to post a review because they are so consistently disappointing. The service there is good - the counter team is friendly and do a good job getting what you need. The food is my issue. This last visit I had a double stack which was not in the least bit juicy. Not bad, but nowhere near what I have had at other Wendy's. The worst was my wife's Classic Chicken sandwich. This was over 6 bucks for just the sandwich since she added cheese and it was just bad. It barely had any mayo, it had 1 leaf of romaine lettuce, and was so over cooked and dry that she did not finish. She loves that sandwich but did not recognize it this time.
5:00 Tuesday afternoon no chili spoiled tea no coke and no Dr pepper.. left nuggets off my order.. lady in front of us had same problem
Customer service and the time spent in drive thru before even been addressed and not to mention it wasn’t packed. Food don’t taste as fresh as it use to.
