Came through the drive thru Wednesday evening after work around 5:30. There was a decent sized line there but still service kind and timely. However halfway home I bite into my burger to a long strand of hair that was not mine. It was actually pressed into the cheese during prep. Unfortunately this random strand of hair made it to my mouth and was the nastiest feeling pulling out ????. The meal was only 7 dollars but the fact when you call and no one answers, and there is no voicemail set it kind of backwards.
They decided to close 15 minutes early and ignored us in the drive through until 5 minutes before close, told me to contact customer service for a refund on my mobile order, saying they arent going to make the order. even after seeing us in an ambulance and we apologized for coming so late, but it had been a busy shift so far.
Waited for 3-5min before anyone even saw us. They asked if we are ordering food? Like we were just standing there for our health. Then a min later another person comes up to the register. Works on the register, talks in her headset and proceeds to not acknowledge us at all. After a min or two she went to the back again just leaving us there. We left and went to Burger King and got actual service.
By far the worst burger and fries I ever tasted in my life.. with respect if I had for it to digest i would have and left it in the middle of the parking lot frfr.. It was terrible. Cold and under cooked burger and fries.. to the point the whole meal was trash and I will never come back I promise ???? do the public a life saver and take that waste of whatever you want to call it burger off the menu.
Very disappointed.. give yall 1 out of 10 and the 1 is only because of the sweet tea
This is the best Wendy's I've ever been to. Very fast and friendly service. You better have your card ready when you get to the window cuz your food is coming out faster than you can even hand on the card great work to that team!
Horribly rude woman at the counter taking orders. Purposely got my order wrong & tried to overcharge me. Terrible customer service, do not recommend.
I wish I could give this place no stars ! My girlfriend walked in and only wanted the patty buns as she didn’t want anything extra, the workers were RUDE as hell ! Extremely nasty attitude and 10/10 didn’t do it because it was free.????♀️ Whoever the “manager” was that was here during the day started yelling at her saying they don’t do that or what not, if he would have been more respectful then okay no issue but there was no reason to yell about it!
Food is always pretty good whenever me and my wife go and get it, but often I go here after work since I work from 3PM - 12AM since they are one of the few places still open, but whatever reason, whenever I show up this late, they are only taking cash, no card. Once or twice? ok sure, but nearly every single night? Just get a different job is you hate workin that late.
