Service was great on my first order when I got to the store. Once I sat down, all I could hear was the employees talking in the kitchen loud enough for everyone to hear. When I was ready to leave I had a second order I needed. I waited at the counter for someone. When 2 people finally walked out, they walked over to the pickup window(no cars in the drive thru) and stood in such a way I couldn’t see them but could hear them. Another employee saw me and said “ there’s someone at the counter” one of the people at the pickup window walked pasted with 2 coffee containers, made eye contact and then continued to walk away. Will never eat there again. And to finish it all off, there was just a pile of cardboard boxes and trash at the back door piled up, garbage all over the kitchen floor along with food on the floor. Very unprofessional and un sanitary
They didn't have iced tea which is a bummer. Half of the drinks weren't in the soda machine. The workers were kind and listen. It wasn't busy at all but the drive thru was super busy. Inside was super clean
This is a wonderful Wendy’s. The restaurant was clean and all of the staff was terrifically nice. The food was hot and great. Shannon was our cashier and the person who gave us our food and she was such a nice woman! I haven’t seen someone at a restaurant who was so caring and efficient. I wish there were more Shannon’s at other restaurants. I will definitely be returning. In the mean time, give Shannon a raise for being an amazing employee!
I like Wendy's a lot. My staple I order is usually 2 Jr Bacon Cheesebugers, with Mayo on both sides of the bun.
Lately, all the other Wendy's , I have gone to, except this one and the one on Dupont and Coldwater Rd. Do it, my way. I don't know why the other ones don't get it right... they just thron a blob of mayo, they don't get it. Anyhow, this one got it right. 1st time visit. I am impressed. I travel around the NE top side of Indiana & I visit the Wendy's all over the area.
So, I keep on trying. One more comment.
I have to admit, I love the chocolate Frosty, for the $ 1.00 special.. great move, Wendy's !
So, to the lazy ones, I learned my lesson, I will usually pass you by and wait and go on to the ones,I know that do... it right!
Ordered and paid for a bacon double stack. Got no bacon. Fries tasted like they were from hours ago. Got no receipt so could not do survey. Store did not answer. Bad deal guys
The store is always pretty clean and the staff are always friendly. They are consistently busy throughout the day, but keep the line moving pretty steady. If your meal is ever incorrect, they will always make it right. Have never had any major issues or complaints. Come here several times a month.
Absolutely terrible, all my kids just wanted fries and they refused to give us any dipping sauces because we didn’t order nuggets. Such terrible service I will never be returning.
Chicken is OLD, fries were COLD, this was lunch rush time why should any food look like it has been sitting or food be cold? Asked for ketchup, yes was in drive thru and never got any. Nor the receipt was NOT in my bag. This store has gone down hill in the quality of food. Thought I would give a LAST try since before the food was COLD, and the bag that was handed to me was used for the list of items that needed stocked, which I pointed out and the drive thru just laughed. Sad!
