Customer service was rüde no onion no chill sauce for chill. Didn't bother to say hello , thank you or bye. I went by there round 8:15pm Sunday evening. I paid cash $ and she don't give me my receipt.
We went through the drive through and it took a while before they took our order. The woman that took our order seemed pissed off about something and seemed like she was shoving our drinks and food in our faces. We then checked our bag of food and they forgot to give us one of our sandwiches. I went back to the store and went in to get my other sandwhich and again it took awhile for somebody to approach the counter. Everyone looked like they were overwhelmed. They also have been out of things the last two times we have gone there in the last two weeks.
Ordered 2 Kraby Patty Meals. Both burgers missing half the ingredients. Slow service, rude staff. Condiment counter and coke machine were empty. I could understand if the store was busy, but it wasn't-- There were like 3 customers in the store.
I ordered my food online way before breakfast was over and when I arrived I was told they were not cooking anymore breakfast items. A complete waste of my time. My food should've been made before I even arrived, that was the whole point of ordering it in the app.
The battlefield store locked the lobby, made me wait outside for 15 minutes then when I called they said oh well our lobby is locked. I hope the owners are aware they est. is losing some business. Oh it’s 7pm
Very slow to take my order. No one acknowledge me to say I'll be with you in a moment. Two customers came in at the same time as me. They left. It took a good 5 minutes to take my order. Another 5 to get my food. Got my burger..worst burger I have ever had at a Wendy's. Restaurant was not very clean and the Coke machine was leaking water all over the floor. I will never return to this location.
Came in on a Tuesday at 1:30 in the afternoon took 6 minutes before anybody acknowledged me standing next to the cash register and they told me they would be with me in just a moment I waited another 5 minutes and nobody ever came back up so I left.
A little slow at the register. Felt drive-thru was more important. When I did get the order it was 1/3 wrong meaning out of three small orders
