Got a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Got home and bit into chicken and it was cold. Looked at it and it's still raw inside. Very disappointed, you could get some sick from this.
I placed an order through the app and when I arrived at the drive thru, no one responded, I said hello loudly yet no one responded. I pulled up to the window and the manager told me to back up, I know it is because there is a sensor and they get graded on time. Then I waited five minutes before I drove off without my food. I placed my order ten minutes before arriving at Wendy’s. I wasn’t going to wait all day. I haven’t been to this location in a while because the last few times I came to this location, the food had a weird taste and I got diarrhea once. Either they are not properly rotating the ingredients (because they are lazy) or they don’t empty the containers that hold prepared ingredients of the sanitizer water.
We were out shopping and stopped by for a quick lunch. Despite the road sign being broken, the restaurant itself has an attractive modern appearance. The drive and parking area was clean and free of trash. Going inside, the interior also looked modern and sleek. We were waited on immediately by a friendly staff. We ordered 2 of the 4 for 4 crispy chicken blt meals. One of the freestyle soda machines were broken and the one that was working was out of coca cola. All of the seating area was clean so we were able to sit at any available table. We got our food and it was cooked very well. It was even visually appealing. It tasted delicious! We've been to this location before and plan on returning.
Me and my husband pulled up and I ask the tall guy that was a manger; I ask him I want a cheeses big burger and he said try a Bacon Nader with a jalapeño cheddar bun and cheese sauce on top when I say the best I ever had ( it just melts in your mouth) thank you Wendy’s
I would not recommend this restaurant. No ice, no napkins, no salt, no ketchup, flat soda, but God Bless Mrs. Elizabeth. Shame on the woman in charge, pushing her to the point of tears while the other team members did far below the bare minimum.
Almost every time I’ve gone to this location there’s an issue. This time I ordered a single baconator specifically with no mayonnaise and they put mayonnaise on it. I ordered the new nugs with the garlic sauce disgusting soggy garbage. It’s been at least three years since I went to this location and I live right by it never again It’s like the staff doesn’t give a damn at all and I guess the owner doesn’t either.
Absolutely the worst fast food experience i’ve ever had. took awhile to even get someone to take our drive thru order, then the lady kept repeating things back wrong, and kept trying to give us our total without asking if we were done(we weren’t) when we pulled around they handed us our drinks, one of which were wrong, so we tried to get their attention to get it fixed and they ignored us when it was obvious we were trying to get their help, then when the food came out, they lazily put our things in the bag, things were spilt and on top of each other, they also forgot an entire nugget meal AND the nuggets for a biggie bag. They never gave us our receipt when we pulled around front, telling us they didn’t give our nuggets, they didn’t believe us and told us we were wrong so we grabbed our bags and showed them and they gave us attitude.
I don’t know who the manager on duty was . The service was horrible asked for drink at window and the man with the striped shirt started yelling , saying they should’ve been ordered that ain’t no ordering at the windows I had my kids in the back seat I told him god bless you bruh i don’t know what your attitude is or your problem but calm down it’s never that serious he went to saying man where these people food at yelling .saying y’all ain’t getting no drink it’s to late . He needs to have some type or integrity and morals & definitely be held accountable for his irresponsible and disrespectful attitude and manner if you don’t like your job find a new career preference , but you do not disrespect a customer and start yelling like an incompetent unfunctional junkie . Because that’s exactly what he acted like . Hr & management needs to find out who he is and have him terminated for unacceptable behavior in the building he is a disgrace to his position and the staff around him , thankyou to the guy who took the order and gave us our meal ,with his polite service god bless them all ! because after all the man yelling forgot the chili and the small drink for the kids with all his embarrassing remarks and chaos. 29$ Spent on a meal to be disappointed ! With lack of professionalism
