We stopped at Wendy's after trying to eat at a non-fast food restaurant down the road. Next time, we'll just go to Wendy's first. The crew working this afternoon was great! Thank you!
The service where shy and slow,
And when I set down to eat my lunch I saw how dirty the store is. The floors have not been mopped in awhile. There's trash on two of the tables and you can see trash under seats. On the wall it looks like food on it.
If you want fries that have spent the weekend with George Hamilton and a burger that just left a Diddy party, go spend your $11 on a #1. If you want saucy nugs, fries, napkins, ranch dip, paper bag, clothing, and a sticky steering wheel, order the new saucy nugs. It was probably my fault we had a bad experience here tonight. I should have known when the lady taking our order gasped in agony every time we added something to our order that we should have just drove off.
Wendy's was super busy. They didn't have any onions or chocolate chips cookies. The food was warm not hot.
Got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo and a honey butter chicken biscuit ???? all my food was fresh and delicious and the service was decent this is the best Wendy's I've had I'll be back:)
They had the attitude of not being happy to serve me, leaving me with the impression of "oh, you wanted change" or "I can't believe i have to give you just a frosty."
Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but it was enough for me to say, " Sorry Wendy's, we're just not working out."
i was there and i was waiting to use the bathroom and a big black guy came out with a manager shirt on and this how the bathroom looked
Dirty, dark, and unkind. Super disappointed. The cashier was texting and looked at me maybe once, even while ordering. The fries were cold, half-filled, and the staff seemed in disarray. It felt like the back of house were overwhelmed and after meeting eyes with the guy making the burgers, saw a sigh and an eye roll. He came to ask what he could grab for us. The large lids weren’t re-stocked and the ketchup was nearly out. I don’t like posting reviews like this, but it’s necessary—I call it like I see it. Enjoy on your own leisure… the food was as you’d expect from Wendy’s (we happen to love it lol), but everything wrapped around it was lackluster.
