A real chill atmosphere on a cold rainy day. The cashier was friendly as well as the person who gave me my foot who made sure I had all of the condiments I wanted. The food was correct and was pretty good as well !!!
Always had a good experience here. Had lunch numerous of times. Order taken and expedited in a very fast timely manner. Staff has always been friendly. This is how any restaurant and businesses should be conducted. This is the ideal example. Friendly staffs, food is very decent and the place is super clean and spotless.
I've been burned by this location a couple times previously. I only make these reviews on strike three. How do you confuse a 10 nugget combo with a 4 piece? Tired of waiting 3-4x the normal time just to get the wrong thing from people with the worst attitude. These people treat you like you're begging them for money just for ordering food.
Worst Wendy's location I've ever experienced, as someone who has traveled coast to coast multiple times. Sad too, because it wasn't like this a couple years ago. Sadly, this will have to be added to my never-visit-again list.
I recently quit working here, mostly due to to poor management which continually results in multiple health code violations. Two of the managers quit before I left, and of the remaining three, one, Carl, will regularly sell food that he accidentally dropped on the floor, and the other, Laura, thinks that dipping her hand into the sanitizer solution for a few seconds counts as hand-washing.
The next in line to become a manager, Sarah, thought it was ok to set a bag of frozen chicken patties on the floor while she counted them at the end of the night for inventory.
I definitely got food poisoning from the chili while I worked there, and I will probably never eat there again.
The third remaining manager, Brandon, seems like a decent guy with a good attitude, which Carl and Laura definitely do not have. I never worked on a shift with him, so I can't say much else.
Sarah was the best employee ever across any fast food restaurant ever experienced! She was sweet and kind and made us laugh and that was only in five minutes inside of a drive-through. Imagine how she is in all aspects of her job! She should definitely get a promotion or a raise or one of those TikTok trends where you grant her $25,000 check!!! Sarah for the win all day every day! I hope that terrible customer she experienced before read this!
They forgot one chicken sandwich and had to come inside and wait 5 mins for them to make something fresh they forgot and the rest of my food sat getting cold...this location always has problems!
Went today 11/1/24 @9:30pm the guy taking the orders in the drive thru was so so rude!! He didn't even let me order when he was talking over me. I just left he seemed so annoyed he probably would be the type of person to spit on customers's food or something. No thank you!
If you absolutely gotta have Wendys, maybe don't come to this location. This is the third time I've gotten food here and then had my card information stolen, and when I called the manager about they refused to acknowledge me and kept insisting that if I'd been double-charged, I needed to bring in the receipt to resolve it. The issue isn't that I was double-charged, the issue is that I handed my card to someone at the drive thru and then that card information was used for fraud and money was stolen from me. I so very rarely get a craving for Wendys, but next time it pops up I won't be coming here.
