These clowns can't seem to get a simple order correct, the third time it's happened . I love Wendy's but I'm sick of these people that want 15 an hr and can't get an order correct, it's fast food come on! This is supposed to be a large fry, this I s the third time they have given me a large like this, very disappointing!
They added mayonnaise when I requested it without mayonnaise. I walked back into the store, asked them to replace it or refund it. They replaced it again and said it was fine. I pulled back the bun and there was mayonnaise again. They sent it back a second time and told them to make it and then they handed it back to me. I left thinking it was fine and when I opened it up it didn't have any toppings whatsoever. It was just a piece of meat between two pieces of bread. This was absurd and I asked for a refund when I was in the store but the manager was argumentative so I just left
If I could give it half a star I would...maybe, just cause the guy at the window was half way nice... The food was TERRIBLE... $11 spent and we couldn't even eat it....and we got one iced coffee that was horribly made and didn't even drink it... The people there definitely didn't care about their jobs nor did they care about our experience...
This was one of the best Wendy's I've been to in the whole Ozark Branson area! Super clean lobby, the service was amazing and the food was delicious! Very happy with my experience here and highly recommend if you like a quality Wendy's experience look no further!
Good food, good options, i love the honey chicken biscut sandwich and the honey croisant sandwich on the breakfast menu. Good chicken sandwich for lunch... biggie bag is great for a cheap filling meal.
The only negative is that they turn off their drivethru lights and some outside lights an hour or more before they close at night making one think they're closed. And when you go through anyway they've tried to defer service buy saying they aren't taking certain types of payments.
The drive thru employee was friendly, but we were disappointed in the breakfast food. Spent 15$, and all the food was cold and tasted horrible. We just threw it away.
We stopped for lunch after leaving Branson. A tour bus stopped in right after us. The workers were very friendly to us all, got our food out quickly and it was actually good.
Good food. Strange combo of a Mexican place and a night club. Service was okay.
