This Wendy's has always been great except for the last time in the past week. I ordered a meal including a drink. The cashier handed me the drink cup by the rim with her bare hand after handling cash. Could've held the bottom of the cup to hand it over (as they should be stacked upside down).
Germs are everywhere especially on hands.
How many people are tired of customers being nickled and aimed over small item requests. I ordered a chicken sandwich and hardley any sauce was put on my order. I asked if I could have a small cup of their Chipotle sauce to put on my burger and the manager said he would have to charge me 60 cents I said that's ridiculous you hardley put any in and showed him his response is I don't make the rules. Now I can understand if I wanted a large amount but I was requesting just a small amount and he didn't want to what a joke all these places are doing this and it's unfortunate. The little re head girl at the register is very nice and helpful she works her but off and had amazing customer service maybe the manager should take a lesson from this girl
Worth the drive!! I live in Flagstaff and make the trip for lunch every Saturday. Wendy's makes the best burger hands down. I hope they build one next to my house!
I ordered a large frosty and they put it in a plastic drink cup, which melted within seconds. Common sense tells you not to put ice cream in a flimsy plastic container. Wendy's is 2.9 miles from my house. Completely melted by the time I got home at 9:30 pm. No spoon needed.
Well I got my food under 1 minute which is awesome but it was all precooked so now you're getting hamburgers they cooked early french fries are old
I love it when fast food workers have a great sense of humor! I always try to have as much fun as I can with people I interact with, Wendy's employees did not let me down today! Keep up the good work!
Service was extremely good !!! Fast service with a smile. Good job Wendy's it nice to be treated right . The frosty was amazing.
To the rude guy at the drive through lane. I asked if I can go through the drive through. Because of an auto immune disease I have that won't let me be around people. And I forgot my mask. And the sweet guy who answered said yes that is fine. And when I got to the window. This older man with a grey shirt and short hair basically throws my food at drink at me telling me next time go through the dine-in, then slams the window door shut. I go here all the time and never had this issue before. Service has always been amazing. But today was just flat out sad. And there was nobody in the dine-in no cars just employees walking around eating. And there was only 2 cars in the drive through including me. I'm just really disappointed in this guy.
