I waited for my order for more than 20 minutes, in the end they mixed everything up and didn't put in the nuggets. Then when I told them about this, they changed my order, but instead of 6 nuggets it turned out to be 5. The worst Wendys I've ever been to. The tray on which my order was given was dirty with food leftovers from an old order, like all the tables in the restaurant.
Ordered via the app for carry out. Arrived to find that they were cleaning the fryers. Dude at the counter wasn't serving anyone. Took 20+ minutes to get my food only to find that everything fried had been sitting for at least as long as I had been waiting. All chicken was cold, all fries were cold... One of the milks in my kids meals was already opened. Overall one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Wendy's.
This place is the worst fast food in the entire county. They don't hire anyone but junkie middle school dropouts who can't do anything right. Give them plenty of chances, but 9/10 times the order is wrong even after waiting 20 minutes in a drive through. Bunch of losers working in there.
Me and two co-workers went into this restaurant to place orders, the first thing you notice is the bad service! The cashiers first words was she cannot take our order and walks away! So after about 7-8 minutes what seems to be the manager on duty shows up and finally login to the register for the cashier to take orders! Now we all place our orders and politely ask for receipts, the receipt Machine was broken on the front register. After having to ask for a simple receipt multiple times the manager finally brings them one by one. I stood and listen to another customer place an order and observed how rude the cashier became over time. After getting back to our hotel we find that the chicken patty was undercooked on the sandwich! Staff at night is awful!
Went in here to eat and damn it was hot in this building. Don’t know if it was to save money on AC or to stop people hanging around for too long.
If you are gonna have a super hot dining room at least have fast service so I can leave quicker. Can’t imagine how hot it is for the people in the kitchen if dining room is that hot. No wonder it looks like they have completely new staff every time I go.
The inside is very warm. Also flies everywhere. The floor is disgusting. Not a clean spot anywhere- it’s either sticky or slippery. We had a pretty big order and, of course there were things left out and messed up. Which was kind of expected since the worker taking our order had to tell us to wait when she was taking our order (and it was still messed up). It was very annoying trying to eat lunch with flies everywhere. Go elsewhere for food is my recommendation.
I'm not usually one to leave a bad review but this Wendy's location in particular has the WORST service. I have not had a single positive experience there for probably about 5 years. What's particularly disappointing is that other Wendy's locations are great but this location misses the mark every time. Rude employees, terrible food, and a broken app & website! They are completely unusable and glitch out every time I try to use them.
The only thing colder than this mornings temperature was the breakfast burrito that I received. Not sure why the food was so cold because they had me pull forward and wait about 6 minutes. No one else in line behind me either.
