As someone who orders salads more often than not, I’m shocked at how fresh the salad I ordered is! Really good.
We enjoyed our meal at Wendy's very much. I recommend getting one of the biggie deals which cost either $5 or $6. You get a lot of food for the money. I got the $6 biggie that included a fried chicken and cheese BLT sandwich, fries, chicken nuggets, and a beverage. The service was very good and pleasant. The restaurant was clean.
This was my first time at this restaurant, Food was standard, I don't know why you didn't with fast food Sometimes the food taste different from one to The other. The ketchup was out of the Self serve Counter, I Let the staff know. Two to which they just talked, Went on breaks, And to me this was that acceptable because they did not Go and refill any of the containers the whole time I was there. My dream there are about I think I saw three cooks two cashiers and at least a couple of managers.. Also it wasn't entirely that Clean for amount of people Standing around,. Being only two people in the restaurant eating and the driver was busy.
Great service and food! Took a little while but overall great dining experience. Didn't go thru drive thru. Went inside and had time to wait. If time is a factor for your dining experience, would not recommend. Otherwise fantastic!!!
Ordered one of their Double mushroom, bacon, and cheese promotion sandwiches. The drive thru person asked if I wanted to make it a combo meal. I responded with, "If your French fries are good." Grab some directly out of the bag within 1 minute and they were cold. $15 for a combo that has cold fries. And the amount of mushrooms was pathetic. Fast food and the people who serve it really deserve the wage increase. SMH.
I went through the drive through. I ordered the spicey chicken combo and a small chocolate frosty. The Chick sandwich was made fresh and was very good. Just enough spice and very crispy. Chocolate frosty was amazing on a warm day!
This Wendy's has the most horrible customer service. I came through the drive-thru to get my order, when I left I realized that my order was not accurate, and also food was Missing. So I went back through the drive-thru to have it fixed. They told me that because THEY had not given me a receipt there was nothing they could do for me. Didn't matter that I had just been at the drive thru, or that I had the order they'd given me sitting in the seat beside me. This Wendy's must be under new management, because it used to be a good place to eat. Now they lie about their customer's orders to save a few dollars. Such a shame, I was bringing food to people in the hospital, and they had to go without. Will not be back again.
My wife and I have sworn off McDonald's for serving disgusting food. Now it appears that Wendy's is now on that same list. It took the lady at the counter three tries to get our order right. When we did receive our food the fries were soggy and cold. We also had to wipe down our table being that almost all the tables were dirty. My sandwich was okay. Tomato was a little thin, almost see through. Maybe it's just me, but when I dine out at a fast food restaurant I expect a little better bang for my buck. This stuff has gotten way over priced for what they are serving. Next time I'll drop a few more dollars and try my luck at a sit down restaurant with menus. Probably should have listened to my wife.
