Terrible food—so hard we had to throw out. Don’t waste your money.
They can't even make the food to what you order. Order a baconator meal get a single burger on a bun with old french fries. Simply pathetic service. 100% recommend going elsewhere so you can actual enjoy what you order.
The night service is absolutely awful at this place. My coupons barely ever work and the drive thru wait time is absolutely ridiculous until they finally take your order so you can go sit at the window even longer
Went for dinner just before 6 pm. On a Friday. Ordered a jr bacon biggie bag, and an apple pecan salad. With $1 frosty . Salad being the reason I chose Wendy’s over Mac Donald’s, which is closer to me. Only two cars ahead of me, and only two groups inside eating. Had to repeat my order twice, maybe my fault. Then came to window, got drink and frosty, began wait, 5mins, can I pull up to door, sure, 5 more minutes + food comes out. Now frosty, kinda melting. Way home reach for fries, cold. burger, no lettuce or tomato? Not hot. Next day, salad! No chicken at all !, greens wilted? I payed $9. For lettuce and some apple. Not worth the wait, really not sure if Wendy's is my go to place anymore. Very disappointed.
I am usually a fan of Wendy's. This restaurant is the worst Wendy's I have ever seen. Food is always dry and day old. They were out of 90% of their sodas in the multi soda machine. They never have baked potatoes.. Ever.. Always an excuse. This trip, huge puddle under two tables and staff joking and laughing in the kitchen area. I won't be coming back. $14 for a dried out burger and fries. We will go to a sit down restaurant for same price
Extremely slow service and inaccurate order filling. Consider going elsewhere unless you enjoy spending a lot of money and having to engage with the indifferent employees to get what you order.
Update September 2022:
For some reason I decided to try it again, ordered an Asiago Grilled sandwich. Got home with it and opened it - no sauce, no bacon, and a white hockey puck that was supposed to be a grilled chicken. This is a roughly 15 dollar meal, unacceptable. Drove back and they gave me my money back, so at least I only lost a couple gallons of fuel this time.
Best part was the other customer waiting at the counter - he had to ask for ketchup since the dining room was out, and he stated that they screwed up his order the last few times as well. We both agreed that Burger King down the road is much better, and that's a scary.
Went there today for breakfast sandwiches (we were the only ones in the dining room) nobody was at the register, so we waited, not too long, when somebody came and took our order. We waited 20 minutes, then I went up to the register, while a man was waiting for his order, (he came in 15 minutes after we placed our order) I asked her where our order is, as she is giving the other person his order. She said to me "What are you waiting for?". At this point we gave her the receipt and asked for our money back. I have never had service this bad at any fast food place. As she gave us our money she said "Have a nice day".
Once again at dinner time 6 p.m they are out of baked potatoes. This happens 4 out of 5 times we come here. If you don't order fries, nuggets , and any of the chicken sandwiches fresh then they are disgustingand always old. Day time seems to run smooth and usually never has these issues. Service is typically always friendly and fast, however there has been some rude employees in evening shift. All in all the evening shift needs to get it together and learn how to keep the food fresh and pay attention to the dam POTAOTES!!
It won't let me add another review for some reason so I will add to this. Again I have been here at least 15 times since last review.. out of all those only three times they had potatoes. Today I asked why and was told well we don't sell them at night. WELL YOU SHOULD STILL KEEP A COUPLE ON HAND COOKED AND READY TO SERVE.
