Inside the restaurant smells absolutely terrible and they have such poor service. This location has just gotten worse over the years and today made me realize to never eat here again when the inside smells like a port o potty.
I love visiting this fast food restaurant - everything on their menu is a delight to my taste buds! While I enjoy all their items, I highly recommend trying their number six, which is a delicious spicy chicken sandwich. However, if spicy isn't your thing, they also offer a non-spicy option. It's true that everyone has different tastes, but perhaps trying something new might surprise and delight your taste buds.
Went with a friend to pick up their order. So far we've been here 20 minutes to pick up a couple breakfast sandwiches. They "didn't have enough sausage cooked". It seems at this rate the pig is still at the farm. There's 4 employees just standing around.
I wish I got his name, but didn't. He needs recognition! I came through the drive through to get a free happy meal with my points. I had stopped at the pay window, the girl wasn't sure how to go about anything and this young man who took my order came over and let me know to pull forward to the food window.
The same thing happened at the second window with the workers looking lost, stressed and probably tired. This drive through worker had a good attitude you can tell he would be a good leader anywhere.
He has curly brown hair, very pleasant just for the short interaction of getting my food. As everyone else looks stressed to the max, he was handling things very well!
He needs recognition for good customer service and leadership.
Gal working front was overworked, having been there 9 hours due to a call-off. She kept forgetting my order, putting small size items on tray instead of medium and forgetting frosty altogether.

This Wendy's restaurant location in Medford on Biddle road is an okay place to get some food and a drink.
You got to love Wendy's menu, it is interesting and diverse.
This particular restaurant is just okay. The employees there are fairly competent, and the facilities are somewhat clean.
There's definitely better places around to eat, but when you got a few bucks and you want that chocolate Frosty, stop on by!
I just finished eating at this location. I kind of had a bad feeling before I went there. Something about the location. The service was friendly, but the employees seem a little unkempt. I ordered the baconator meal. When I took a bite of the baconator, I could tell immediately there was something wrong with the meat. It had a very sweet, rancid taste as expired meat does, and the oder matched. I took one small bite and spit it out. . I even let the cashier smell the pattie and she detected the odor as well. I asked for my money back and they gave me my money back for the burger. I requested that they don't serve this meat and look for fresh meat. They didn't say anything other than what do you want the money back for, burger, or meal? I told them the burger I couldn't eat at all.
I'm surprised as I've been eating at Wendy's for 45 years. I've never had this experience before.
I thought perhaps they would have given me a freemail coupon or something for the inconvenience. Hmmm?
At least they were cooperative.
Everyone, make sure you taste your burger, or chicken meat carefully, as well as and watf the meat before consuming it.
I would have given more stars, but the thought of consuming expired meat is alarming.
