I come to Wendy’s to get their fresh made salads and they never disappoint. The lettuce is always fresh. The veggies are always fresh. is exceptionable with my salad experience.
The Wendy app is not very useful. The staff wasn’t too helpful.
Don’t recommend the pineapple under the sea frosty. You can’t taste the pineapple at all
Wendy’s is just like most fast food burger places. The two stars is for their online ordering. CAVEAT EMPTOR: Their online ordering is stuck in the dial-up days, it’s slow. I placed my order to have a quick pick up and go. I hoped to save some time. I was 18 minutes away according to my gps. I got the location and they said there was no ticket for my order. I looked for the email and showed them. Nothing. Five minutes later, it came in. In fairness they got my order out quickly. Next time it might be better to order in the store, or go somewhere else.
Was told they make their own tea so it is not considered a fountain drink and therefore NOT eligible for the special $1 drink advertisement that is going on right now.
Disappointed.
Also, the other 2 drinks I ordered both came with NO Ice. I asked for Extra ice. The drive thru line was 6 cars long ... slow too. The cashier was not happy that I asked for a cup of ice and rudely gave me ice with no lid.
i visited this location after a SJ earthquakes match and it was completely empty. we went inside and ordered the 4 for $4 meals which were cooked properly and the food came out quickly. they were out of water bottles the day i visited which was upsetting. the fries could've also been a bit less salty.
Wow this really surprises me! The food took much longer than usual but the fries were hot the burger meat was fresh and the nuggets were warm there was nothing to complain about and probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in faster in a long time. The service was good and the dining room was clean there was a random homeless lady there I think but I know I don’t have much control over that. I would definitely eat here again.
PAPER inside the sandwich!! I don’t think this is part of the ingredients but the manager should have paid attention to their workers and make sure there’s no paper inside the sandwich
The food is generally fine. Typical Wendy’s. The in-person ordering in the evening is pretty horrendous. Better to go through the drive-thru. Before acknowledging your existence and taking your order, they’ll clear and fill all the drive-thru, mobile, and door dash orders so you could be standing there for 10+ minutes before they look at you even if you holler to let them know you’re there to order and not just pick up. Once you have their attention, they’re perfectly nice.
