Best WLM Reviews
There is something wrong with this store. The store itself is clean and the employees are nice, but the burgers are horrible! They don't taste flame broiled at all. I ordered a baconater last week and it came with 3 . Inch skinny straps of bacon. Like all 3 pieces put together would even make a full strip of bacon.
I had the mushroom burger 2 weeks ago and I was stunned at how lousy the burger patty was. The patty is the whole thing that makes Wendy's wendys
This particular Wendy's is horrible. The last three orders have had either something missing or not correctly made to order. Do they intentionally hire dumb people that cannot read a simple order on a screen? Seems so. The same bunch of kids are always working and too busy screwing around with each other instead of paying attention to customer service. No more. I will drive the extra distance if I need to have a fast food fix.
I visit here every other month or so. Always hot, fresh food and quick friendly service. I'll go out of my way to drive to this particular Wendy's.
I used to stop here once a week on my route for work and I haven't been in about a month and I'm not sure what happened but it feels like the employees customer service has gone down cashiers give you that "what's up bro" vibe instead of welcome to wendy's not sure if the kid was stoned or what but I had to spell my name 5 times before he understood me
I pulled up to the drive through and had to repeat my order to the attendant, who STILL failed to put it correctly on the screen(Repeated my order twice now). I had to correct them at the window (repeat number three), and when saying I wanted a receipt, the attendant simply walked off. I pull up to the second window and am handed the incorrect order again. That is repeating my order 4 times before I received something correct, and I never received the requested receipt
I went to the drive through, THIS OLD LADY said we are closed when clearly l, saw people dining in and eating food! This lady named Brenda was judging me and didn’t let me order ! Fire this old lady NOW I never got Wendy’s again ! Bad service I waited 2”1-2hours for my food there was about only 2 full tables with 2 chairs barely any people why did I have to wait forever! 1stars
All right so I went in. I bought two frosties one strawberry one chocolate and then I also bought a blueberry lemonade. The frosty had some of that, you know bark dust apple cider vinegar tasting stuff so it was bad. The blueberry lemonade was also bad but it was something I don't know what but it was a little bit different kind of like a metallicy powder. It basically made the back of the mouth kind of clench a little bit after drinking a good amount in one go. The chocolate Frosty to be honest I didn't notice anything wrong with it. After throwing what I had left away, I noticed that it kind of hurts the heart a bit. And it is most noticeable when bending down and then standing back up. Currently frosty's in small size are $1.
Food was fine, the kid was a bit curt on the mic when taking the order but nothing to cry about.
