This is my first time coming to this location. We ordered three double stack biggie back deals meals, when I tell you, the sandwich was cold there was no french fries in the little french fry holder, and the chicken nuggets were nasty This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever come to. I’m not from Woodbridge. But the Wendy’s I go to the burgers are super hot and the chicken nuggets are fresh and there’s a lot more french fries than this.
Had to use the bathroom ready bad. Needed to have a one on one = (2) conversation with the toilet. Finished my conversation to find out there was no toilet paper ????. This was at 705am smh. Don't understand why there wasn't any at all. Makes me think they dont clean the bathroom either. Probably wondering "well what did you use then" mind yo business. I made it work out but I shouldn't have to be uncomfortable to do so. I didn't wanna eat here bc if the bathroom can't be taking care of theeennn ????. Wendy's y'all have to do better. I'm giving this place the first ever -5/10 do better then better smfh.
The restaurant was clean. It’s an easy on/off of I-95. We did have to wait a while at the counter to be acknowledged. My order was not correct but was fixed.
Extremely disappointing and rude staff. Waiting for over 10 minutes to take my order. Got my ordered wrong and when I asked to change it was rude and was cursing in the back how they were correct and I was wrong. Which I had her name short young lady with puffy hair need to learn customer service. Definitely will not recommend this place. Hopefully management will intervene and address this issue with their staff.
I recently visited the Wendy's drive-through at this location and had a disappointing experience. My order was completely wrong, and when I politely pointed this out at the window, the staff member had an attitude and was very disrespectful. I expected a simple correction, but instead, I was met with rudeness and an unwillingness to help. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and it definitely left a negative impression. I hope Wendy's management addresses this issue to ensure better service in the future.
My wife went to wendys last night to get dinner for my boys. She ordered a sugar cookie and when we got our order she always checks it be cause they always mess up the order. She noticed the cookie wasn't in the bag and proceeded to tell the cashier that the cookie wasn't in there and he said yes it is I put it in there. There was clearly no cookie in the bag. So she said again the cookie isn't in there and he said what would you like for me to do about it. He said that she took the cookie out and wanted a free one!!! I mean really if we wanted more cookies I would buy it. She asked to speak to a manager and he got the receipt and threw it at her and said call that number! I mean that threw us off big time. And his name is Carlos!! Good man Carlos hope you feel good about yourself!!
all the staff had terrible attitudes. barely spoken to and completely unsure on whether my mobile order was being made or brought forward, but i was on the side to the register, facing towards the pickup counter because the woman taking my order didn’t say anything to me after i gave her my order name and she had walked away. another lady snaps at me “hello??”, and i admit i didn’t know what to do! no one was speaking to me! the woman who took my order didn’t say anything about anything! she comes in at the moment and shows the other lady i guess my receipt, and in return the lady that just snapped at me starts glaring at me. i’m confused, i move further away because i guess they’re making my order (thanks for saying something? ig). the same lady who snapped at me slams my drink on the counter and slides my kids empty cup alongside it.. continuing with the glare.
we get my kids drink, and we wait further from the counter (granted i made sure i wasn’t in anyone’s way or lingering at the counter for no reason when i was originally waiting for my drink). i see they’re packing a order, i suspect it’s mine considering the lady packing it kept on looking at me with this look on her face. she doesn’t call out the name or anything, but i see the pickup sticker and go to confirm it’s mine. she doesn’t say anything the entire time (despite this same lady previously calling out a few order numbers before mine) and stares at me as i thank her.
i’m not sure what’s up with the staff here, im not a karen looking to strip myself of responsibility because i quiet literally walked in and got treated with absolute disrespect ????i know lunch rush is tough, especially with a faulty system, but to feel this singled out is insane. like i said, i admit fault when i do something wrong and i don’t post or share my interactions in the service industry or customer service, but this moment was sincerely something else. foul service overall, goodbye ????✌️
Stopped in here while traveling. The service was not the best; the woman taking our order was not friendly and unprofessional. The food was lacking as well. One of our burgers was missing the meat, and only had the buns and lettuce. One of the french fries was green. One of the ketchup dispensers was broken, and two of the lemonade flavors were out. When we tried to get water from the beverage kiosk, it was discolored. The restaurant itself was not very clean, and the men's room was very dirty.
