We stopped there last night. Ordered a biggie meal and a taco salad. They said here is your order. So we left and checked our order in the bag. They didn't give us everything. So we went back and stood in line. The employees are sooo slow. After getting it the fries were cold and the taco salad didn't even look right was cold. Definitely will not be going there ever.
I don't know if this is a problem with the food or the service. I think, the service. The food was edible. Had there been a proper amount, I would have said even tasty. The only thing I requested was no pickles on this chicken sandwich. So, this had to be made-to-order but it seems to not resemble the stock photo from the company (the one with the Sprite drink). Such a disappointment.
I didn’t buy anything when I was at the drive thru I left the line because it has been multiple times that these co-workers tell you if your ready for your order and sec, later they tell you to hold on, they have no good vocabulary when it comes to the people here in this town (Panama city) they are not suitable for this business I need (corporate) to come down and fix this restaurant or just hire new people we are done with this non sense of who ever manages this building! I am no longer needing there services. Your more then welcome to spend you time waiting for your food while it gets cold!
This location rarely takes rewards since their scanner is always down. The fries and breakfast potatoes are usually COLD. Plus, the workers in the drive thru rarely crack a smile. Sad because I love their breakfast menu, where is the quality control? Cold food and rude service to many times.
I’m generally a lenient person. Short staffed? Okay I’ll wait. Serving soda cans instead of fountain soda? Wish someone said something at the time of ordering, but whatever it’s not the end of the world. But after waiting 30 minutes and still not getting my full order, I’m told to go back through the drive thru where I’d be stuck waiting another 30 minutes. I ordered 2 things. The inside is closed so you can’t go inside. The worker at the window was nice. Worker taking drive thru orders was nice. The other worker was completely rude to customers but also to her own coworkers. Learn decent respect.
We ate lunch here and although the food was great the lady at the registrar (Tyesha) was very rude when we ordered. She was acting like she wasn't listening to what my sister was saying when asking for dipping sauce and was also back talking when she walked away. Great food but the "service" was bad. Don't recommend this particular location, go to one with people who enjoyed doing their job.
I don't normally post restaurant reviews, but this place clearly has poor management. Came in originally to sit down and have some chili. There was no urgency to help customers at the register. All the floors, countertops, and tables were sticky, dirty, and covered in ketchup packets, food, and dirty utensils. When I finally got my food there were two people working on my same order and seemed to be confused, although all I ordered was a chili. The place smelled like a toilet so I just had to leave with my food.
I've been here before, but it's never been this bad☹️ otherwise, the chili was good as always. I used to love coming here, but this is the last time.
