Haven't been in a while but decided to stop by and try the triple berry frosty. Also got a double stack biggie bag. Took my whole $10!! Service was fast, food was hot and the triple berry frosty hit the spot. And it should have been great considering I was the only customer there...4 stars because 1. I had to ask for the honey mustard sauce for my chicken nuggets and 2. The cups for the frosty are getting smaller and smaller!!
My only concern was regarding the employees on break. Then, I got my food after waiting a good while and my l crossiant was hard and cold. They left off my bacon, too. The chicken patty was warm. I just didn't bother about taking anything back. Now, with employees, all I'm going to say is, if you're going to smoke, I think you should at least leave your apron inside and put it back on after you wash your hands.
The young lady at the window was very nice and apologized for our wait.
We like Wendy's. Walked in. Waited. Asked how long the people in line had been there. Told 10 minutes, with clear frustration. Walked out without food. And this was about 5pm. Not exactly busy time.
Went yesterday afternoon and was appalled. TLDR, go anywhere else.
After placing my order, I watched nearly half the staff clock out and leave with customers waiting for their order to be taken, who ended up leaving before anyone would serve them. My food was obviously old with cold fries and old, chewy bacon. To top it off, there was an employee sitting next to us who I swear was watching an adult film on her phone and leaving her trash on the table when she finally got up to go back to work.
Highly unprofessional, unethical, and discourteous.
Still sucks.........8-29-03I'm local to this Wendy's location. The only option is generally drive thru IF they're open. With the average 4 to 6 cars ahead of you the average wait time is minimum 20 minutes plus. At times they'll appear open but be closed at various times during the day/evening. No option for mobile orders except drive thru wait and pickup. The longest wait of all the fast food restaurants at the 119 exit off of I20 and 441.
They got 2 of my orders incorrect. Mine, didn't give me what I ordered. My wife's order wasn't correct either. They didn't give her her right order. The only thing correct was the frosty.
Go thru drive thru order 87.00 in food and didnt get it all had to pull up and wait brought out bag s I asked is that all of it she said yes sir she new it wasn't srry place to go will never go again and service is very bad
The sign on the windows said drive thru closed at 12 am it was 10:15pm when I went up to windows because I'm in a motor home. They looked at me multiple times but still proceeded to ignore me and walk around in the same are while laughing. Worst service ever so disrespectful. Even if staff was short you could atleast come to windows and let me know yall are closed even tho your windows says 12 midnight. There was another car that went thru and they ignored them as well.
