Ordered 2 wrap meals. Fries were old and cold, but its difficult to photograph a temperature. However, the chicken in the wraps was old and dried out! Look at the photo! Such laziness! My dog struggled to chew this chicken! How in the hell did your employees think that the condition of this food was acceptable!
We just got home with our food. We got the biggie bag. My husband and I both ordered the bacon double stack. And they gave us a cold burger that I'm guessing is just a double stack. The fries were also cold. We also waiting in line for 15 min just to get the wrong order. Usually I am not the one to complain. But not only did you get one bag wrong 2 were wrong and it was ice cold. I didn't even eat the burger and my toddler and I shared the fries and nuggets
Busy atmosphere. The young lady was overwhelmed.
We got the biggie bag the fries was warm the nuggets seem like they 4hrs old. And the lady at the window didn't speak and was more worried about talking to her coworkers about what's happening When the get off. And I didn't get a receipt!
They had customers Arguing with staff as I tried to order. The staff's attitude was still pleasant and I was understanding. But its close to a ghetto neighborhood so that's the clientele
I order the same thing almost every time i go ; a bacon and cheese potato with extra bacon and chives. Did not receive what i paid for. No extra bacon and only 3 pieces of chives. This is not the first time this has happened. Need a better crew who knows how to follow orders !
I do not eat here whatsoever only DoorDash for people but Y’all please do not eat here the customer service is not only trash but they have NO SOAP in their restroom so make that make sense. They’re cooking your food but NOT Washing their hands properly that’s a disgrace! And is disgusting!
Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, and the North Augusta Wendy’s is great! I would just advise you to not go after 10:30pm if you are in a hurry, as sometimes it can take a while to be served. But even when this happens, the staff are always striving to please their customers and do their best!!!
