I had made my order, and when I was asked whether I wanted dine in or take-out, I had undoubtedly said dine in. Cut to a bit later I had the manager (?) say something along the lines of "If you were gonna eat in, you should have ordered dine in" toward me and my brother with an attitude and I went to the main desk to see if I could pay for what I might not have covered and got ignored/cold shouldered.
Aside from that, though, I had a decent experience with my brother there and got food that didn't make me hurl so it's not 1 star.
I went there one night to get some chicken sandwiches and I got raw chicken. THEY GIVE OUT RAW CHICKEN FOR PEOPLE TO EAT WHEN THEY ENSURE ITS SAFE!
Absolutely the worst Wendys I’ve ever had to visit during a evening dinner. Manger ran us out after we walked in to order saying that the dinning room was closed because of no workers to cover the dining area. If possible drive north about 2 miles to Fairfield Wendys on Dixie Highway
I ordered a lg chile($4.29). I literally got vegetable beef soup. It was terrible and awfully watered down. You guys raise prices and lower quality! We the customer are the only reason you have a company and people have jobs. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves in corporate. This is a sad excuse for a chile. I live 30 minutes from this Wendy’s and wasn’t about to drive all the way back and when I called ,no answer. I strained the Chile when I got home and it was literally 2/3 of watered down Chile water or whatever you would call that, but it’s wasn’t Chile. And no cheese or sour cream (which I requested)
Imagine ordering food being asked what sauce you want telling them expressing you want more than 2 and getting none with your dry potatoes and then going to call and not getting the phone picked up
Fast service. Great food. Clean dining room! 5 for 5!!!
I live about 45mins from this particular location. I ordered through the drive thru and there was a pretty long line of cars. My order was taken in way less time than I expected to have to wait. And whenever I recieved my food it was all really hot and fresh... even the fries! Needless to say, I was very impressed and quite pleased with the service I recieved from this Wendy's location today! Keep up all the good work guys!
The man at the window was friendly and patient, but my burger had hair in it. My first and last time trying Wendy's in America.
