Great place to get fast food. I was in a hurry to grab something to eat and I wanted burger and fries. There were other places to eat near by, but like I said, I was in a hurry. I enjoyed my meal and it was ready quick. I had plenty of time to get back to work before my lunch break was over.
This used to be a great Wendy's, but this specific Wendy's has gone downhill fast. Service is always extremely slow. Ever since they had a change in management, it has continued to decline. It doesn't matter if you go inside or through the drive-through. The service is always the same. Even when there are hardly no customers at all, they are still extremely slow. There is no excuse for the continued slowness and poor management of this place. I go to Wendy's a lot and refuse to go to this one anymore. If I want Wendy's, I will go out of my way to the one on Towson next to the hospital.
I want to praise the workers at Wendy's on S Zero St in Fort Smith AR. Some how on door dash I had everything removed when I didn't want that to happen I wanted to add stuff on to it. So now I am up at Wendy's after calling them they told me this stuff happens so often so I can come up & have it replace just like I wanted it. These guys have been so sweet to me about it.
Michelle & Ashley the managers were so understanding & so sweet an nice to me. They even made it up to me they didn't have to do what they did.

Only there to get drinks and frosty. went inside - there were a couple of tables being used. by the time i finished placing my order at the counter, several new customers had gotten in line. I was still waiting for my order after the 2nd lady behind me got her food. I reminded the cashier that i only had drinks - he put me off to finish getting the 3rd order after mine. By the time he got the frosty, the one already made for me/him had melted, and he had to make another. All in all a disappointment in service but as usual the leamonade and frosty was worth it
1/10, don’t go if you need *FAST* food. Always takes 20 minutes or so. This is right down from my work so I give them way too many chances. Usually I can put up with the wait but, they also got my food horribly wrong this time. Essentially I’m lactose intolerant and they put ranch on my sandwhich, which I subbed for mustard. Because I cannot have ranch. They didn’t really follow any of the instruction on how to prepare the food. But, I can’t even eat it with ranch.
I normally use the drive through when I go to Wendy’s, but this time I decided to go inside…and I was glad I did. It was so filthy and dirty. There is no way I would ever eat there again. When I got my food. home it was cold. Part of the order was wrong. Ignored by the staff except for one person I think his name was Josh and he was the only good experience I had with this entire meal.
Been eating at this particular location for years and it is just going down hill and I hate to say that due to the fact that I do like the employees but business wise I CAN’T DEAL!!! When you go to the Wendy the person that greets you sounds like they are miserable and rude on top of that I don’t know when they became a cook to order fast food restaurant but in the beginning I thought it was just something they had to do temporarily and it’s been MONTHS now and they are still doing it!!!! The wait for it to be fast food is ridiculous and starting to be not worth it!!
It's just okay. Wouldn't go back to this place except for in a hurry. Manager at window barely said a word to me. Just meh. Mood is depressing. Efficiency is low. Food is....passable. nothing really fresh. Staff seemed stale and without energy. Overall not welcoming environment. Will get job done if standard you have is LOW.
