Best WLM Reviews
Absolutely ridiculous customer service all over. Was given an attitude over wanting no salt fries so in return we got 10 measly fries in our small fry container. I get it's a hassle for no salt but no need to have an attitude. When I called to notify the manager that it was unacceptable she kept replying "oh" over again. I never write reviews on places, good or bad but this is down right uncalled for!
Orders a number 3 and 4, somehow ended up with less fries and more nuggets… nuggets didn’t even seem cooked properly. Only thing 5 stars was the chili…
The food was excellent, but the service was subpar. They forgot my medium Dr Pepper and only filled the fries halfway. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place if you expect to receive your complete order.
I ordered a single combo with triple onion double pickle and mustard only and up sized to a medium. Paid $10.87 for the meal. I get home and there is tomato lettuce and mayo on my single also. I tried to call back 4 times and it automatically goes straight to we are on another line please call back later. I AM BOT HAPPY AT ALL, WORKED 12 HOURS AND COULDN'T WAIT TO HAVE OUR WENDY'S, EVEN LEFT MANSFIELD WHICH ALSO HAS SEVERAL WENDY'S ONLY TO GET MY ORDER WRONG AGAIN!
Foods always hot ???? and fresh staff is great place has dining ???? ???? ???? yall some good ppl ty from your dasher yall always have my orders ready doing great work better customer service 5 stars guys an gals
Its good for a Wendie's I cant find anything I didn't like. Its better than most in the area.
Missing part of my order again. Service was polite fast friendly. Ordered 6 pc nuggets along with other items and it was not there. Grandson is 15 and can eat a lot but this is the second time he didn’t get his full meal! Called and was asked it I wanted to come back to get it. Not worth the money I’d spend in gas. Hopefully I get the coupon from corporate as promised. ☹️
The food is good, but they usually mess up the order somehow...
