The food is decent and employees are friendly but this is the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. On multiple occasions over the past two years, it takes 15-20mins to receive a simple order. This has now happened enough that we no longer stop at this location. Based on other reviews, this seems common.
Definitely go to this location if you live in this area as opposed to the Clarksburg location. Proximaty to the Clarksburg location improves my rating for this one. Pretty consistently decent good. Breakfast is usually perfect. Later it's not so much. They pull you up in the drivethru for literally any order for some reason. But it's pretty reliable for a decent sandwich.
I've never been to a Wendy's that was this busy. The line was very short and the food was great. They're doing it right at this location
Spicy Chicken sandwich was great.
Fries were very limp. Must have been old. Coke was flat. And Machine and floor around machine was very messy. And I saw what it looked like hair hanging in the drain on pop machine. Garbage was over flowing . near pop machine. And ranch dressing all over it. It must get used more than the one by the entrance door. Other than that it was good. Thank you.
Had to sit in line for over 10 minutes waiting at drive thru. When asked why the wait we were rudely told to be patient they were working on a $50 order. When we replied they were being rather rude we were told if we didn't like it to get out of their line, which we did. Oh, by the way, with the prices, a $50 order isn't that much. This was in Clarksburg WV, Emily Drive.
Ordered 2 meals and waited an excessive amount of time. When we got our food we were missing multiple things and when I pointed out my chicken sandwich was supposed to have cheese, she brought me a cold slice of loose cheese.
We did drive through. Service was good order was correct and food was hot.
I was served raw chicken. I left several messages for Lana Gray, the district manager in an effort to discuss the problem and facilitate a refund, but she never returned my calls. Be careful eating here. Food safety is not a concern.
