Not only was the staff just rude, but I was super disappointed in the quality of the food that was ridiculously expensive. I asked and paid for blue cheese. You can clearly see there is no blue cheese on the spicy, there are no tomatoes what-so-ever, and the lettuce was absolutely horrendous on both sandwiches. The natural lemonade was watered down, and the only person who ate the Chili as a side to their combo was sick the next morning. We never order the fries anymore because not only are they old, soggy, and gross by the time they're served, you're not allowed to order a small with the combo. Thus forcing you to eat and pay for the larger size. Never eating at a Wendy's again.
We are visiting in town and saw Wendy’s was close so we stopped. We ordered two number ones with 2 large frosty. We got 2 number ones with medium frosty and was told that is the size that comes with the meal. Then we get home to eat the burgers and my bun was soaking wet and the burger was completely raw!!! Everything was disgusting. Called and someone answered the phone and I told them how my meals were and there was no reply. They probably just hung up on me. I have NEVER had such poor service and such crappy food. Should have read the reviews before going. You should be shut down before you make someone sick.
I've come to this location frequently. 9 out of 10 times my order is trash. I stopped by for breakfast this morning. Not only did I have to pull forward and wait for my order, but I didn't even receive my complete order. Their manners are little to none. And their customer appreciation is non-existent. Someone needs to pay more attention and give better guidance to this staff and the experience they are providing.
I have been to Wendy's 2 times. My 6 year old had found out about SpongeBob menu. We were met by the mist unenthusiastic employee telling us they were out of frostees with the meal and if we wanted to substitute for a soda which we agreed. We then noticed we were not only charged for the soda but also charged for a double patty at $14 but had received a single patty. Confronting the employee, she rolled her eyes many times until we asked for the manager who took care of the refund. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but not a cost to me.
Cashier mis-ordered and lied about cost difference (higher than what I ordered) then shut the drive through window. Also half of the menu was out. Will not come back
It's a Wendy's and a gas station at the side of an interstate. Kind of didn't even meet those low level expectations.
I'm not mad. It really was what I expected, and it was quick and the person at the counter was nice
Very unpleasant experience, the server/cashier was touching his hair, handling money and food, placing his fingers inside the cups. Soda was warm, no ice in the machine.
Upon angry to the building it smelled like mold and old wet rags. Watched an employee come in from outside after smoking/vaping walk directly into the kitchen didn’t wash hand nor put gloves on and start filling French fries all while the manager was cracking jokes about spitting in the food and watching him come in from outside. Front counter girl absolutely hates her job there and made that very clear. Won’t be coming back. But thanks for honoring the coupons I guess.
