Very fast service, worker who took order got it right and was helpful. Clean restrooms and clean dining area. Recently renovated.
I would not get the crabby patty meal, not worth it, it's not much different than a cheeseburger deluxe meal! you get nothing special with it, except a little different sauce that cost them 5 cents, and you pay 3 times more! My opinion! And it's all in a paper bag, and regular wrapping, no toy, no theme no nothing!
Good morning did an mobile order this morning at Wendy's like I usually do this morning the guy asked me to pull up as if I was getting some fresh fries but when he finally brought out my whole meal the fries was not that hot so that was sort of disappointed cause why asked me to pull up if everything is not gonna be hot especially when the team was sitting at the front counter talking. I came through the drive thru. An he didn't give me my receipt I guess so I can do the survey. Yall have a nice day

After driving home I had noticed I didn’t receive a sandwich I had ordered I had gone back with no issues to ask for my missing order, after approaching the window I was rudely laughed at as well as wrongly treated for just asking of a simple ask in as calm as a manner as I could. After talking to three employees I was given a sandwich to which I pulled up to make sure I had received my order to which I recovered the wrong sandwich In doing so I pulled back around to ask for the core sandwich again to which they yet again laughed in my face and then gave me this:
Best dang burger, stopped in on a car trip. Hit the spot. Crispy bun, hot juicy patty. Fries were perfect and the drink had the perfect amount of ice.
Listen, I hate to write this but I want you guys to do better. I just came there today to buy someone something to eat and they bit into their sandwich and pointed out a section on their burger not being cooked thoroughly. Any other time you guys do a great job, so I don’t understand why today would be any different.
Please make sure ALL of your burgers are WELL DONE. No one wants a half way done burger, you are Wendy’s NOT McDonalds. Loyal customer but I’m disappointed today, please do better.
Customer service is great though.
