The seasoned potatoes need to be filled to the top of the container! They taste great but only had 5 inside.
It's NOTHING like it was when I worked there years ago. The burger ???? was dry, sloppy and I said extra mayonnaise I Didn't get it. I said extra pickles & I got ONE extra. I said extra onion & I got 2. *** It should have been mayo on top & bottom buns. It should have been 4 pickles to cover the bun , then add to that. There should have been 3 onion rings in the Olympic circle then add to that. ????????
I would have given all 5 stars. But a few males employees don't know how to speak without using profanity. But my food was worth every bite ???? ????
Fast and friendly. Food was fresh and correct. Forgot spoons for frosties and straws for drinks, but weren't annoyed when we asked for an ice water when we got to the window. That may have thrown off his routine.
Terrible, slow service from unfriendly employees. Considering it's fast food, I dont expect a lot for service... but this food is inexcusable.
I stopped by for a quick lunch today during my break and got a salad that is absolutely DISGUSTING. The lettuce is brown and wilted, the tomatoes are squishy... even the parmesan cheese is just mush. There is NO WAY I can see this being acceptable to serve to ANY customer. This salad was easily made several days ago. And thanks to the slow service in the drive thru, I don't have time to go get something else.
I didn't even bother trying to take it back. It's not worth the risk of getting something worse from this establishment, like food poisoning.
The most disappointing Wendy's I've ever ordered from. I ordered from Uber so I wasn't there to send back the burger they sent. They sent the smallest burger possible after ordering what was supposed to be a big burger. Never again.
My order taker was wonderful this morning but the woman with the hijab was not pleasant at all. I only enquired if that's what my sandwich was supposed to look like. I never had it before so that's why I asked. The nasty look was as if I'm bothering her.
Every Morning I’m greeted by the same person…She knows my exact order before I even say it. Jaida is an amazing employee and she always has good positive energy.
