Trash trash trash the food was terrible old the chicken was under cooked and cold the fries where old and theres no way the employees would eat this food my kid got seriously sick from eating his meal the nuggets where old and cold as well I just don’t understand how could you just serve this garbage this was the last time I will buy food in wendys as a chain never again If I could sue for food poisoning I would but at this point wendys its so miserable that they will offer me just a 5 dollar coupon for my next meal.
Never really had any problems here but I do not go here that often. Drive thru can take a little bit of time. Otherwise the food has always been good even at night!
I wish you luck, Or at least better luck than I’ve had at this location.. I live within five minutes of this Establishment.. I frequently establishment and I am frequently disappointed.. normally, I just go through the drive-through and they almost always get something wrong.. Whether it’s the drink, or the sandwich, or what’s on the sandwich, there’s always something… Today, I decided to pull in and go inside the store and see if things are any better.. Surprise surprise they were not.. I placed my order at the AI Kiosk, Simple order, Dave’s classic double large fry, large drink, and large frosting.. I was second in line.. I proceeded to watch eight people get served that ordered behind me before I decided to say something.. “excuse me, ma’am”. “I haven’t received my food.. My name is still on the board and you have now served eight customers that ordered behind me..” She literally looked at me and asked me if I had paid for my food.. I said yes, you handed me my drink and the frosty several minutes ago.. It’ll be just a minute she said.. As I watched the next two sandwiches get made right in front of me, I noticed that one of those sandwiches was mine and one of the sandwiches was a double bacon cheeseburger, ketchup only.. She picked up my sandwich, put it in a bag and hand it to another man.. She picked up the double cheeseburger with bacon and put it in a bag with a small fry and handed it to me.. I proceeded to tell her that is not my order. She proceeded to argue with me and said it is your order.. I said ma’am, I did not order a bacon double cheeseburger or a small fry.. She grabbed a large fry, switched the fries out, handing me the bag and And said that is a double. Not only did she get my order wrong she didn’t even put it on a tray because I was eating inside the store.. She literally got nothing correct.. I said OK, I’m not gonna argue with you.. So I went and sat down now at the 18 minute mark to get a double classic combo meal and for it to be wrong, Not only wrong,, I told her it was wrong!!! What poor customer service what poor customer relations what poor In store management!! They just don’t care.. I don’t know how fast food restaurant employees demand raises and to be paid $15 an hour when they can’t put a single sandwich in a bag and get their orders correct or completed in a timely fashion.. If there were negative stars on Google review, I would give this place negative stars.. Wendy’s upper management in corporate office needs to do something about this location and their staff immediately just read the reviews..
No customers at the restaurant @ 4:30pm. Ordered @ drive through. They tried to give me a call french fries gave me the wrong nuggets (the hot ones versus the regular ones) then tried tto charge me for putting the sauce on the side, they had an attitude about it. The manager was supposed to come out and speak to us. He never did, this place OK, did you? totally sucked for a new spot..
Always prioritizing the drive-through and ignoring anyone at the counter. Today the teenager working the counter was intentionally ignoring everyone and making general statements about the drive through taking precedence. This place has always been awful when it comes to customer service. Desperate need for new ownership and/or management.
I can not rant and rave enough about Tamika. She made our experience a fantastically wonderful delight. She answered our questions and helped us out a lot. She was a peach and so friendly to my whole family. She will be the reason we go back every week. Thank you Tamika for a fantastic experience.
This store needs to close. The staff is horrible all the time. I try to give it a chance but this time I am done. I rather go all the way to winter garden or anywhere else but the wendy that is mintues from where i live.
I order through the drive through ($22.00 order) get to the window and the girl hands me a small bag and says my manger handed me this and said this is for you. I took the bag looked inside of it, it was a 8 piece nuggets and fries, i told the girl that is not my order she asked if i was sure that is not my order, with my reciept in my hand i showed it to her and asked her does that look like my order, she again said well my manager said this was yours. Fast forward i got my bags. Got home to open my sandwich that i was looking forward to try because it was a new Nacho burger sandwich and instead i got a double cheese burger.
Try calling this sorry excuse of Wendy's and the line is busy. Can't even call to complain. So now i will give them a review and call corporate because this wendy is nothing but horrible.
Disaster of order. I ordered 3 medium ice creams and they gave me 3 small ones and they were missing a soda and they were missing Nuggets. It is not the first time that this has happened to me. The previous time we ordered Nuggets and they were missing the 14 pieces of Nuggets that we ordered.
