I'm sure the food is fine, but often I'm running through in the morning to grab a coffee or something simple and fast. I have left more than once just due to the long wait times to even get an order placed. On Friday a lady in the car next to me yelled over and told me that the person inside was giving at least a 7 minute wait time until orders could be placed. I guess I don't value their coffee that much, I'd rather just go to McDonalds where the line is 3 times longer but takes way less time to get through the queue.
Be prepared to wait 25 mins with only 2 cars waiting in the 2 lane drive through... Long line behind us, several cars left! You wait over 20+ minutes, just to get a hamburger that doesn't ever have the correct amount of patties ordered on it. Highly do not recommend this Wendy's location if you are looking for a meal. It's also very dirty on the inside...
I understand being short staffed, but this is not professional in the slightest. The McDonald's next door is much better.
I was ordering my food i felt rushed the staff was very unprofessional the quality of my food was vert poor it was my first time tasting the sauce nuggets spicy buffalo the nuggets barely sauce it looked as if they were plain spicy nuggets the nuggets were old and hard i also ordered a baconator fry the fries where cold the shredded cheese was not melted and they literally put two strips of bacon on top this was by far the worse food ive ever had from wendys every time i visit this wendy i get very poor service and the staff are very rude the forgot my condiments as i sat at the window two male employees looked at me and proceeded to make drinks rather than see if i needed anything or was i missing anything i sat there a minute almost two before i was helped very dissatisfied i will drive to another city before i eat here ever again
This Wendy's usually has customers, but service is good. We didn't wait too long in the drive thru for our food. It was hot and very good.
I was dashing for 2 people here and I will stand up for them and say: the workers didn't know what they were doing at all. Long lines for no reason, taking forever to take orders, and it wasn't even busy at all at that line. It's ashamed and embarrassing when you're just a delivery person and you gotta deal with lazy people on a daily basis.
Mind-boggling they update the place and it's now worse. Dirty, unorganized, tier-one smoothbrains working here. You really have to do something with the homeless and transients hanging out there. The smell is not good for business. Maybe a experienced manager could handle this. Maybe.
Came through in August 22nd, there was a long wait to the point people were leaving. I waited about 15 minutes just to get to the drive thru speaker to be able to order. The staff that I encountered was kind and the food was good.
I should have avoided the burgers here after my experience in January. Unfortunately, I found a long black hair in the meat again. On the plus side, it was fully cooked this time, unlike the raw meat I had before. If you want to avoid hair in your food, I wouldn't recommend the Baconator or Son of Baconator. The only redeeming item was the 10-piece Saucy Nuggets.
