Service at this restaurant is not good. The older lady I think her name is norma she runs front counter is rude. She has an attitude an gives a dirty look. The manager is ok he’s bossy with his employees but lets the older lady norma get away with things cus they both older . I only come to the Wendy’s cus it’s next to my work which I stopped coming because the attitude.
Stood in line some other people walked up and explained what they were wanting for food and and the cashier completely ignored me as i stood in front her. i was told to “wait” because i didn’t say anything for 3 seconds. Honestly super wild and wasn’t expecting to be ignored like that point blank and disregarded. you can see it on camera occurring on the same day of this review around 520pm. all i wanted was 2 large drinks which is the sad part
Good taste, but prices are becoming outrageous. Employees are usually nice, although sometimes seem unsure of things. I don't mind if they take a little extra time to clarify th8ngs with me or as a supervisor about something...that's a part of learning. It bothers me when they ask specifically how much of something I'd like and then don't accommodate. Then DON'T ASK????
Overall, I'd still rate pretty high for fast food.
When I've been inside its dirty and turns me off from eating alot adults with nasty attitude my food was thrown into my car and mad and annoyed for asking for utensils after I waited a long time think someone from santa clarita to come and give them some tips would be good idea
Is this Wendy's going out of buisness? Looks run down and very poorly maintained with lots of homeless outside.. there buisness hours are like for kids that go to be bed by 8pm on a Friday and Saturday night lol
Stopped by today to try the new French Toast Sticks. They smelt delicious!!!!
We did a taste test between Wendy's vs Burger King French Toast Sticks.... And sad to sad Burger King Sticks won hands down, which was so surprising because all of the other Breakfast items from Wendy's are so good (especially the breakfast potatoes).
Worst Wendy's ever.they do not like lobby customers and made us wait 15 mins before even taking our order or acknowledging we were at the restaurant.this place only cares about drive thru and door dash drivers and not the diners
BEWARE eat elsewhere. Dirty and Horrible service . If eating food after the young man working the counter 8/27 has repeatedly run his hands through his hair and then packages burgers and fries with the same hands is what sounds good to you then take a dare and go. I chose to walk in and stood waiting for someone to greet you to order. The entire staff just ignores all customers in the restaurant when they ask where there items are. Literally like some odd drones that look over and continue on
Yhen I see the kid running his hands through his hair and I thought surely he is going to wash his hands or at least put on a on glove. NOPE. GROSS. The drive thru is always busy so maybe the franchisee doesn't care enough to hire quality staffbor keep a good store, or maybe they don't pay well whatever it is thatvwas gross enough to walk out and never want to see another Wendy's ever again.
