Fries was lukewarm when I asked for fresh dropped fries and my spicy nuggets look old and was boarder line cold very disappointed
service is great at the drive thru , everytime i go . but why is the inside always locked ? we have not once ever ate inside because of this issue. we should have the option to eat in, hire more people or better people who want to work
came in here during a 13 hour trip, the staff was very attentive and ABSOLUTELY FRIENDLY!! each of them working with a smile and happy to help everyone who came inside!! I wish i got their name to give them a special shoutout but our cashier was super friendly and personable. Marking this for our future trips
I forgot to take pictures,however, everything was fresh and the presentation was a 8/10. The staff at this location is always friendly . I have a Wendy’s located 1 mile away and I still choose to come to this one, which is 4.4 miles away.
Unbelievable. I have Come throught this Wendy's Several Times. Customer Service pretty Good. Food done well. But on this Day, Unbelievable. I was not prepared. THE MANAGER VALERIE. Yikes has No Customer Service. Lack the ability to resolve issues. It truly Sucks that people with Bad attitudes Would wanna Work in suck a Place. Nobody wants Angry Food. Smh!!!!
This is the rudest Wendy's I've been to. It was great when it first opened. We went all the time. But since the new Hispanic female manager it has gone downhill. She was yelling at me from across the store to come get my food while I was in the middle of trying to fill my kids drinks. Another time she gave me 2 small fries because they were out of large fry containers. Then I got in a shouting match with the drive thru girl because she was mumbling and I couldn't hear and understand her. And that annoyed her. Final straw was went to drive thru at 10:22 pm and they refused to take our order. Even though they agreed they close at 11pm. I had driven 25 minutes to get there specifically. It will be the last time I go there. Avoid this location it's gone seriously downhill.
Horrible!!!! I have hair in my food and went to take the inside the restaurant but the door is locked. Smh. So now I can’t return the food unless I go through the drive thru again.
Pretty lame location . Really wish Wendys would step up their game on the quality of food and service . Missing items, burnt food ,and health code violations isnt what I paid for guys. Hopefully someone finds this helpful ????????
