After leaving a place to eat for bad service we came to Wendy’s and the service was great. Staff was great as well, they have a nice attitude. Our food was ready fast, and it was alright to kill hunger for a while. The biggie bag fries and nuggets are small, as well as the burger but it was pretty decent for the price as well.
Wow clearly I should’ve read the reviews before visiting this location! I ordered pick up here yesterday via mobile app and am completely dissatisfied. I received a sugar cookie instead of chocolate like I ordered. Did not receive a triple berry frosty but instead received a mango lemonade for the “inconvenience”. And I also ordered a cheeseburger last minute that I would’ve assumed would be fresh/hot since I asked at the window. It was not it was extremely cold so much so the cheese hadn’t even melted at all. I ate sleep for dinner thanks a lot Wendy’s ????????????
New to the neighborhood & I’ve tried eating here on multiple occasions! Just for them to give what they have & not what I’ve ordered! I order a strawberry lemonade. She sold me minute Maid lemonade straight out of the cart. I ask her for sweet & sour sauce she said. I GET ghost pepper. I asked for extra onions on my single Dave hamburger just for me to get a double with no onion. It just happens way too much at this Wendy. If you can, just go to another Wendy’s this Location is trash. Try Parker or Monaco location.
9/24/24- Horrible customer service in the drive through. We ordered two combos with drinks with no ice. When we got to the window both drinks had ice. When we told the women that we ordered with no ice she acted like it was a super inconvenience for her to remake them. Then she handed them back to us and there was still ice in them. She had just dumped a few pieces out. This is horrible customer service and shows someone that doesn't care about their job. Wendy's, please adjust what staff you have working with customers because no one should be treated like this. Ice hurts some people's teeth and I should have to dig ice out of my drink when I get home because your staff didn't want to do their job.
Dude at the 1st window was great, would have been nice to is the card I wanted to but since the credit card machine wouldn't work unless it was tap, I couldn't do that. Then no tray for 3 drinks/ frostys because they're out... the chic at the final window needs to find a new job... clearly not happy here
The guy they have on drive late nights has been phenomenal! I’ve been through at least two times this week and both times he went out of his way to make the order perfect. Delicious food and service worth the wait. Thank you!
We ordered a taco salad and iced tea to be delivered on DoorDash. Thr manager? Tried to blame the taco salad not having chili or corn chips on Door Dash. She refused to offer any sort if solution to the problem except blaming it on door dash and telling me to call them. Worst place and management I've worked with ever.
The Wendy's on Havana doesn't open at the time they're supposed to they keep the doors locked and keep customers from coming in I've been there a few times and the lady there the boss would not open the doors first thing in the morning she didn't open until 7:30 or 8:00 sometimes very frustrating this is the only Wendy's that I know that does not open their doors when they're supposed to and according to the work are there they have that option of not opening their Lobby to customers that want to sit in and enjoy their breakfast I will never eat at this place again this has happened multiple times
