William is the best Wendy’s worker ever. The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding. We will go here every week. They honor coupons and mobile order deals. This is probably the best Wendy’s we’ve ever been too, and we’ve been to a lot. CHEERS !
Wendy’s has been by far my biggest pregnancy craving and also since I work across the street I will come here whenever I can. The food is great. The past few times I’ve came though you have to WAIT a little for the food either they will ask you to wait on the side or park somewhere. I never had an issue with the food to be honest it’s been great. As far as staff goes it’s mixed hence the 3 stars everyone is nice the only time I had a bad a encounter was a girl wearing a hijab in the drive thru who gave mad attitude and rolled her eyes when she gave me the food I was so confused cause I didn’t do anything so I wonder if it was just a bad experience she was having inside the store.
Was at the window getting ready to pay and apple pay was loading. The lady said “oh come on” like it was the biggest inconvenience. There was no one behind us, it two hours before closing so I’m not really sure where the rush came from. Stuff happens and I’m sure it wasn’t the first time she’d seen someone have an issue with contactless pay so not sure why she was so surprised. God bless her hopefully she finds a job she actually likes.
The management at this location is terrible. I never understood why they put so much money in to renovating . It takes forever to pick up when you place a mobile order and it is still often wrong. When I called to complain today, I got a full voicemail. No one would answer the phone and I couldn't leave a message.
This is my first time here. I was hungry and wanted something quick and cheap. This shopping center has expanded so much, I'm sure there were other options, but this was the easiest to find.
As soon as I walked in, I knew I wanted the $5 value combo deals. Especially in honor of National Hamburger Day from the day before.
There was barely anyone in the dining area when I was there, which was great. I sat at a table where I can charge my phone.
The food was typical Wendy's food quality, but it was freshly made.
Haven't been to a Wendy's in a while ... It was surprisingly good! The burger was well prepared and tasty and the fries were really good. The only downfall was that the ice tea dispenser was empty. The restaurant was very clean.
If you go through the drive-thru or order on Uber Eats, you will never, ever, ever, EVER get the sauce you ask for. I've placed 12-15 orders from them in the last year on Uber Eats, and not once have I received the dipping sauce I requested. Lazy.
Update: Today I actually did receive the sauce I asked for (Ghost Pepper Ranch). When I opened the sauce, it was completely rancid, spoiled, rotten, smelled like 2 year old milk - I almost threw up. Fortunately I had some Chick-Fil-A sauces on hand. They always give you the right sauce, and plenty of them. Finally, I got the Cin-a-bon thing and I actually broke the plastic knife trying to cut through it - it was at least several days old.
