French fries cold and over half my salad so wilted I couldn’t eat it. It was clean and staff friendly but we went for the food. Which was worst Wendy’s meal I have ever gotten.
Food was very good - tasty & fresh. Friendly service with a smile. Nice atmosphere. A mite expensive but I tend to feel that way about everywhere I go. And a big plus is health score is 97.5
The staff can vary depending on the day. I have had very nice respectable staff to very confrontational ones who seem generally annoyed at your existence. The food is as unpredictable as the staff. The consistent things though are the bathrooms are always horrendous and the drink machines never work.
They were super busy and short staffed when I stopped for lunch about 1230 Thursday.
Even so, Lisa still provided quick ( relatively ) and friendly service.
All the food was fresh and well made.
Try the Smoky Mushroom Cheeseburger if you want something new and tasty.
I personally recommend the Power Mediterranean Salad and you can't seem to go wrong with their chili.
Do yourself a favor; skip the sugary soybean dressing, and just combine the two like I did. Yummy and healthy ( for fast food anyway.)
When walking into the building it was very hot. Come to find out it was 77° in the lobby of the building. The ac system was on heat and not auto I actually changed this to auto do to the multiple complaints buy fellow customers. Then myself and my mother waited at the counter for ten minutes waiting for service. The first employee that approached the counter disregarded us and put an order in for herself. Then abides mins later we finally got service to receive our order. All my mother wanted was a cheese burger with chili this was obviously too hard to comprehend as she got a cheeseburger with chili on the side. Which took about myself telling three people exactly what she wanted for this to even come out of the kitchen. Then I stood there for another 15 minutes waiting on my order, which was a double bacon Nader, a makeing Burger, and three large fries and a medium fry, and a medium fry never received. Also, it took about 10 minutes. Once all of our orders were finally in to get our drinks due to the fact that they were out of Coca-Cola in the lobby were customers to get a drink and the cups sit on the counter in plain view of the employees for a good 5 to 10 minutes before the girl at the counter said, oh, I forgot your drinks, and finally made myself and my children drinks. At this time I have been in the restaurant for 30 minutes and has yet to see them make any fries which the employees try to give me and my children the fries that have been sitting there for more than 30 minutes with our meal. I refuse them at which time they just took the old fries and poured them in to the basin and mix them with the new ones, and then re-served to our customers. I have never ever had such poor service at any fast food restaurant, and will never ever return to this location again, and I will warn every person I see about this place. And finally myself, my mother or my son, none of us finished our food because the food was disgusting.
I ordered the special Pretzel bun baconator. And somehow they forgot to put bacon on my burger, even though bacon is in the name. My order was $15 and some change and they forgot the main ingredient, very upsetting. At least the fries were delicious but still I don’t think I’ll be visiting this Wendy‘s location for a while because the staff was also kind of rude, which makes me not want to go back to have them fix my order because I would prefer not to interact with them again.
EVERYTIIME I COME HERE THEY SCREW UP MY ORDE! I order deluxe and they give me jr deluxe. There's no onion on it and the shit is cold! Why don't I ever get a receipt? Are they stealing? This store needs new people badly.
On the 20th of this month I went to Havelock Wendy's went through drive thru. I ordered a number one Double with Medium Fries and Drink paid 15.13 for my meal. Went back to my workplace and took out my sandwich and seen that I received a regular hamburger, took my order back the lady that was doing the running for drive thru then said oh Im sorry that was my fault. Took my food and I waited about 5 mins got my food, "I should've checked it prior to leaving the place" But had to get back since it was my lunch break, got back to my workplace pulled out my sandwich and noticed it was the same wrapper and it was just a double cheeseburger. I have been in contact with corporate but all I get is a generic email stating they will forward the message to the management. But I have not heard anything from them. I am attaching a picture of my sandwich.
